Objective: summarize the epidemiology clinical pathology and prognosis of 136 cases of KS in xinjiang to discuss the risk factors and prognosis of the KS for guard against prevent precaution and study research provide the basis.Methods: retrospective analysis the gender, nationality, age, and factors related to clinical manifestation and prognosis, of136 cases of xinjiang kaposi’s sarcoma and comparative analysis.Results: the number of man 116 occupy take up 85.29% and woman 20,14.71%,the ratio is 6:1.Uighur KS patients 122 cases, accounted for about 89.71%, the han nationality in 2 cases, accounting for about 1.47%, kazak 8 cases, accounting for about 5.88% and the other 4 case2.94%.KS prevalence 63.97% between 60 to 80 years old, 25 and 59 years old age KS prevalence of 36.03%.the typical KS120 patients, accounting for the same period in this study, cabo sarcoma were 88.23% of the patients, AIDS correlation KS16 cases, with11.77% of the number of patients.the damaging on foot is 102,others 34,the clinical of the patch 35,plaque 31,nodule 31,mixture 39.the pathology show manifest assume phlogosis fusiform cell part necrosis.follow up visit the 49 cases,the mean value course of disease of CKS is 6.4 years,and the AIDS-KS 2.7.Conclusion: nationality, gender, and age factors may be KS related risk factors of the disease, the ks familiar on foot,expression patch plaque nodule,the pathology expression unanimous,the KS develop slow,the case may be survival long time.
