The Clinical Study On The Decoction Of LiQiHuaYu With Triple Therapy Anti-Hp Treating To Hp-associated Chronic Gastritis

Objective The aim of this research is observing clinic curative about Decoction of LiQiHuaYu with triple therapy anti-Hp treating Hp-associated chronic gastritis.Through the clinical observations about the gastritis with Western and Chinese medicine treatment,looking for a better treatment.Methods 1.The topic selected 60 cases in all.The cases were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group had 30 cases,had triple therapy drugs and the Chinese medicine 2 hours later after meal for seven days(2 times/day).The control group had the triple therapy drugs only. 2.To observe clinical changes of every types before and after drugs.Finally, to check gastroscopy,Hp and pathological section again after 4 weeks.Results Clinical research showed that in treatment group the total effective rate was 86.67 %,the rate of Hp Eradication recurring was 86.7%;While the total effective rate was 73.3%,the rate of Hp Eradication recurring was 63.3% in control group,there has statistical significant about total effective rate,clinical symptoms under endoscopy and Hp Eradication recurringin(P<0.05)in two groups.The pathologic-effective rate had no difference in groupcomparison (P>0.05)Conclusion Investigation hint Decoction of LiQiHuaYu with triple therapy anti-Hp treating healing CG has fine therapeutic effect.It is superior to triple therapy in the alleviating of clinical symptom,Hp Eradication and clinical symptoms under endoscopy.
