PurposeWe need to investigate higher vocational colleges how well to know about their nutrition knowledge-attitude-practice in the west region of Shandong Province. At the same time, we can analyze these girls’ body mass index (BMI) based on the height and weight of physical examination. If there is a correlation between them, we can find some scientific basis to promote our country female college students’ physical health.In addition, We can try our best to improve college students’ nutrition situation database in the western Shandong Province.MethodWe take the method of cluster sampling from Liaocheng vocational and technical college freshman in 39 class of girl, a total of 795 people,795 copies of questionnaires, recycling of 795, the recovery rate of 100%, when sorting inventory eliminate invalid questionnaires, eventually get the data of 731, the effective rate was 92.0%, as the research object.Questionnaire survey was conducted for the research object, namely the design of college students’ physical health and eating habits, lifestyle questionnaire, the content including family basic situation, such as parents’ education, whether parents understand the nutrition knowledge, whether parents have poor eating habits, and bad behavior habits, family income, average monthly expenses, etc.Dietary habits were including nutrition knowledge, nutritional attitudes, behavior, among them, the "behavior" include eating behavior (whether or not often eat breakfast, eat overnight food, whether to eat snacks, etc.) and life habits (whether regular exercise, smoking, drinking, whether to stay up late or all night, whether the purchase and consumption of industrial products, etc.) After good questionnaire design, small preliminary investigation first, peer mentors help modify the questionnaire again. To ensure the quality of the questionnaire and the recovery rate, the questionnaire used on the spot, filled out, on the spot, the recycling method, the author fully participate in. Girls most attention nutrition education content is "the reasonable collocation of food", mainly through television, newspapers and magazines to get the nutrition knowledge, medical books, parents understand the nutrition knowledge of girl nutrition attitude more positive; The behavior parts are including eating behavior and living habits,. For the eating behavior,on average,10.86 ±2.52 (total score 21 points), the overall situation is bad. Father degree high, parents understand the nutrition knowledge, parents no bad eating habits, parents no bad habits, family monthly income higher girl eating behavior is relatively good, and can be seen clearly eating behavior affected by the parents of the respondents is deeper; Living habits averaged 6.74±1.32 (total score 10 points), the overall situation is good. Father mother no bad eating habits, no bad habits, high average monthly cost of female college students better living habits. The higher scores of nutritive knowledge and attitude, the better eating behavior and living habits.2. The object of BMI. Respondents average height of 162.84±4.8 (cm), the average weight of 53.53±8.60 (kg),17-21 year old girls were higher than the national average height and weight. Into more than 7 respondents between 160 cm to 160 cm tall, a few 180 cm and above, shows that girls whom in the west of Shandong Province have good condition to develop their bone; More than half of the girls between 45 kg to 55 kg weight, nearly ten percent under 45 kg, a few reach more than 95 kg, suggests that some girls in the west of Shandong Province are suffer from malnutrition and nutrition surplus; Underweight and normal weight girls are more than overweight and obese girls. Don’t eat breakfast is a risk factor for low weight, is also the protection factors of overweight or obese, and the partial eclipse is a risk factor for being overweight or obese.3. according to the BMI standard is divided into underweight, normal weight, overweight and obesity in these four regions, results showed that the average monthly expenses, father’s education is different in different research objects in different BMI intervals were statistically significant than other differences, different family backgrounds form in different BMI intervals than no significant difference; in different BMI interval is formed between the good and poor nutritional knowledge than those who had no significant difference, but the nutrition knowledge score higher and lower BMI value, the difference was statistically significant, while the comparison between the nutrition knowledge score of different BMI interval, there was no statistically significant difference; positive to the people around the spread of nutrition knowledge and positive to the people around the spread of nutritional knowledge form in different BMI intervals than differences have statistical significance, other good nutrition attitude And the poor in different BMI intervals than differences and the two groups BMI value had no significant difference, comparison between different BMI interval nutrition attitude score, the difference was not statistically significant; "breakfast", "Eclipse" of the two good eating behavior and poor in different the BMI interval composition differences have statistical significance, other good and poor eating behaviors in different BMI intervals than differences and the two groups BMI value had no significant difference, comparison between the scores of diet behavior of BMI with different interval, there was no significant difference between good and bad habits; in the form different BMI interval ratio between the two groups and the BMI value had no significant difference, and the comparison between different BMI interval lifestyle score, no statistical difference.Conclusion1.The object of study poor nutritional knowledge and dietary behaviors, and nutrition attitude and good living habits, their knowledge-attitude-practice are affected by their parents, especially their mother.2.The positive correlation was between the nutrition knowledge-attitude-practice.3. In this study, normal weight and low weight girls are more than those overweight and obese girls. Do not eat breakfast can cause low weight, partial eclipse girls more likely to be overweight or fat.4. There was no significant difference between the different BMI range of nutritional KAP and lifestyle scores. Those girls who have higher scores of nutrition knowledge are also have normal value in BMI.
