Objective:Understanding the college students' nutritional status and nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior, so as to provide scientific basis for improving college students' nutrition and health level, further nutrition education.Methods:Self-designed questionnaires were distributed to 850 college students,which were selected by random sampling from Zhejiang Ocean University.To search their nutritive status and their nutritive knowledge-attitude-practice. BMI was used to evaluate students' nutritive status, demographic characteristics descriptive analysis; Frequency was used to describe college students' nutritive knowledge,attitude and dietary behaviors; ?2-test was used to compare diffrernt gender, professional students' rating level of nutritive knowledge,every nutritive knowledge rubric,nutritive attitude and dietary behaviors. t-test was used to compare diffrernt background students' average of nutritive knowledge.Results:(1).Among the students investigated,there was 19.6 percent was malnutritive,2.2 percent was fat and overweight.The ratio of malnutritive in girls is significantly higher than boys,but the ratio of overweight.and fat is significantly lower than the other group(P<0.05).There are no significant differences in students from different professional(P>0.05).There are significant differences between different background students in fat and overweight,the ratio of fat from high to low is:small towns.rural big cities.(2).The students who didn't have their breakfast every day accounts for 17.1%,above 80.0% students like cereals, soy products,porridge, milk and egg for breakfast.59.9% of them eat snack every day,and often eat midnight snack as high as 83.5%,with instant class. boys often eat supper was significantly higher than girls. There are often drinking beer, accounted for 51.2%.96.6% students often drink water,over 50.0% students often drink milk,beverage carbonated drinks and Tea. Cooking and food with fancy stir mostly up to 90.4%.38.7% of the college students diet without regulation.Accounted for 51.2% students meal time for 15 ~ 20min; 31.2% of college students have partial eclipse, picky eating behavior; 27.8% often eat health food and nutritional supplements; 18.7% college students had to lose weight blindly diet control behavior; food consumption, gender, students in college students differences compared with statistical significance, of which 500 ~ 800 yuan accounted for 41.6%.(3)The average of nutritive knowledge for college students is(11.84±2.76),belonging to good grade. There is significant difference in average of nutritive knowledge between diffrernt gender, professional students(P<0.05). The students were lack of nutritional knowledge, such as fat, cholesterol, the prevention of food poisoning. 74.6% students rating level of nutritive knowledge is good and excellence.(4)The nutritive attitude of students investigated is well on the whole;94.4% of them thought that it has health effects of nutrition knowledge;95.3% pay attention to their diet and nutrition;62.7% agree with taste is more important than nutrition;72.9% of them think that it is necessary to carry out propaganda and education on College Students nutrition;51.5% will take the initiative to understand the knowledge of nutrition.Conclusion: Students' nutritive status, nutritive knowledge,attitude and dietary behaviors.are good at in general,but there are some deficiency in nutritive knowledge,and irregular diet, not eating breakfast, edible snack supper,the partial eclipse picky phenomenon still exists. Girls is better than boys, but with the blind dieters.The students who had learned nutrition courses appear better in nutritive knowledge,attitude and dietary behaviors than the students who had not learned nutrition courses. Rural students appear worse in food choice than urban students. Therefore,we should strengthen the nutrition education of college students, and actively carry out relevant activities, the key to improve the service quality of school canteens, to further enhance the level of nutrition and health of College students.
