Oblective: To understand the occupational stress and mental disorder of petroleum workers, and to analyze its correlation strength of causal links, and study the relationship between occupational stress and mental disorder from genetic leval. Methods: This study investigated petroleum workers in a Petrole um Administration Bureau who have been investigated in 2013.Use cohort two years study method to survey it’s occupational stress and mental health, Using polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP), from the follow-up of the oil workers, according to the matching(gender, nationality, age, type of work) selected mental disorders and controls in the 175 people, for detection of gene polymorphism. Results: 1. In accordance with the standards of the baseline of a total of 1485 people, 2 years of follow-up, the final completion of follow-up of 1380 people, cohort retention rate is 92.93%. 2. Occupational stress: There were significant differences the occupation stress questionnaire by different gender, level of education, job title, smoking and drinking(P(27)0.05), there were significant differences the Personal Strain Questionnaire by different gender, level of education, length of service and drinking(P(27)0.05), there were significant differences the Personal Resources Questionnaire by different level of education, work and shift work(P(27)0.05). 3. Mental health: The cohort petrpleum worker’s SCL-90 score value was(161.79±55.27) points.mental disorder number is 556, the incidence of mental disprder is 40.29%. There are mental disorder oil workers in RO, RI, RA, RB, R, PE, VS, PSY, IS, PHS, score were higher than without mental disorder difference was statistically significant(P(27)0.05); a mental disorder in RE, SS, RC scores lower than those without mental disorder differences were statistically significant(P(27)0.05); there are not statistically significant different stress level group(P(29)0.05). 4) The affect factors of mental disorder: The RO(RR=2.040, 95% CI=1.756-2.469), VS(RR=1.500, 95% CI=1.170-1.924), PHS(RR=2.283, 95% CI=1.777-2.934) got higher score will increase the risk of mental disorders, RC scores increased(RR=0.625, 95% CI=0.489-0.797), no drinking(RR=0.779, 95%CI=0.622-0.976) are protective factors for mental disorders. The level of occupational stress level low-high group(RR=2.689, 95% CI=1.342-5.391) and middle-high group(RR=2.878, 95% CI=1.205-6.875) of mental disorder was higher than the low-low group, the leval Personal Strain Questionnaire low-middle group(RR=2.500, 95% CI=1.700-3.763) and low-high group(RR=3.907, 95% CI=1.955-7.651) and middle-middle group(RR=2.14195% CI=1.016-4.512) of mental disorder are higher than low-low group. 5. control the low level of occupational stress-high, medium-high group, individual stress response in the low-, low-high group, middle-group, in the wild field workers after the psychological barrier of probability can be reduced by 4.22%, 3.04% and 4.22% respectively, 7.95%, 12.83%.Relationship belong 5-HT2 A, occupational stress and mental disorder: there were difference on the level of T102 C and A-1438 G in different mental disorder groups.Afrer adjustment of VS, PSY, PHS, SS, RC of these factors, T102 C gene with TT gene as a reference, with TC(OR=0.443,95%CI=0.255-0.770) and CC(OR=0.360, 95%CI=0.164-0.790) genotype are the risk of mental disorder; A-1438 G gene with AA gene as reference, With AG(OR=2.729, 95%CI=1.433-5.195) and GG(OR=2.280, 95%CI=1.221-5.037) genotype are the risk of mental disorders; the gene gene interaction with A-1438 G and T102 C carrying TT and AA for reference, TT A-1438 G and T102 C and the risk of carrying AG increased prevalence of mental disorder(OR=4.444, 95%CI=1.748-11.303), and with CC and with AG is an increased risk of mentald isorders(OR=3.819, 95%CI=1.046-13.943).T102 C and PHS(OR=1.082, 95%CI=1.002-1.168), association of A1438 G and PHS interaction effect(OR=2.011, 95%CI=1.864-3.996) increase the difference has statistical significance(P(27)0.05) to the risk of oil field and the field operations personnel mental disorder. Conclusion: Occupational stress and drinking are the risk factors of mental disorder,Multiple occupational stress exposure levels lead to psychological disorders than single more accord with the actual measurement; T102 C and PHS reaction and A1438 G and PHS can increase the risk of mental disorder.
