The disease morbidity is high to 20% 30% have serious impact to the patient’s quality of life, will also bring great burden to family and society.Research purposesTo observe the clinical research of warming the kidney and dispelling cold dampness Tongluo therapy in the treatment of cold dampness type of ankylosing spondylitis, clinical curative effect for its safety, including delay the progression of the disease, improve clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life of patients and the effect evaluation. In order to clear the characteristics and advantages in the treatment of using this method in the treatment of cold dampness type ankylosing spondylitis, provide reliable evidence for the method of clinical promotion and application for the method.Research methodsThrough the method of test design, the prospective randomized controlled study. To meet the inclusion criteria of 62 patients were randomly divided into two groups, including experimental group (31 cases, theclinical effect of warming the kidney and dispelling cold dampness Tongluo Juanbi pill) and control group (31 cases, the use of Hanshibi granule) in the course of treatment, symptoms of TCM syndrome score, Bath ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index two groups of patients (BASFI), ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index (BASDAI), clinical observation index and evaluation score:night pain VAS scores, patients (PGA), C-reactive protein (CRP), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) score were observed.Research resultThe same group comparison:before and after treatment, two groups of symptoms in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, BASDAI, BASFI, ESR, CRP, VAS and night pain patients’overall evaluation were improved, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), especially in the experimental group night pain VAS score, which has a very significant advantage (P<0.01).The comparison between the two groups:patients in improving symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, VAS score, BASDAI reduced pain at night, after treatment between the two groups, the experimental group has advantages compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), but in the overall evaluation of BASFI, ESR, CRP, (PGA) reduce the score of patients, in comparison between the two groups after treatment, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), but from the observation index score difference, difference index in experimental group were higher than the control group difference index. The efficacy of Chinese medicine compared the experimental group total effective rate was 93.4%, control group total effective rate was 83.7%. Comparison of the curative effect of Western medicine group the total effective rate is 90%, the control group curative effect was 80%, the test group was higher than control group.Conclusiontreatment of Wenshen Quhan Huashi Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of cold dampness type of ankylosing spondylitis is better than cold dampness arthralgia. |
