Objective:Through the analysis of the clinical infection and correlation of HR-HPV and UU, MH, CT in Changchun area in women, to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of related diseases and the prevention and early treatment of cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer. Methods:In this paper, 295 female patients with symptoms of urinary and reproductive system infection were randomly enrolled in, each patient was examined by UU, MH, CT, and HR-HPV, the infection situation and drug resistance of mycoplasma were analyzed respectively, and then the HR-HPV positive patients were used as the experimental group, the patients with HR-HPV negative as control group, comparison of two groups of patients in UU, MH, CT and HR-HPV infection, whether there was a correlation. Results:1.The single pathogen infection rate was 32.5%(96/295), among them, UU infection rate was the highest, which was 20.7%.2.The infection rate of two and more than two kinds of pathogens was 46.8%(138/295), among them, the positive rate of UU and HR-HPV was the highest, up to 22.7%.3.HR-HPV infection in 143 cases, the positive rate was 48.5%(143/295). The positive rate of HR-HPV in each age group was statistically significant(χ2=11.28,P=0.024<0.05), the age of the highest positive rate was 21 to 30 years old, the second was 41 to 50 years old, the incidence rate was about 50%.4.The HR-HPV positive group was used as the experimental group, and the HR-HPV negative group was used as the control group, comparison of two groups of patients with UU, MH, CT single factor infection, HR-HPV was associated with UU; there was no correlation between HR-HPV and MH; HR-HPV was associated with CT.5.Taking HR-HPV as a dependent variable, UU and CT as the independent variables to carry out non conditional two classification Logistic regression analysis displayed that: Under the 0.05 test level, both CT and UU had statistical significance, the OR value of UU was 2.355, greater than 1,it meant when the other independent variables value were fixed, the risk of HR-HPV infection in UU positive patients was 2.355 times than that of UU negative patients. the OR value of CT was 5.019, greater than 1, it meant when the other independent variables value were fixed, the risk of HR-HPV infection in CT positive patients was 5.019 times than that of CT negative patients. Because 5.019>2.355, so the risk factor from heavy to light was CT>UU.6.295 cases of female patients were detected in 204 cases of mycoplasma infection, the positive rate was 69.2%(204/295); UU single infection of mycoplasma in136 cases, the detection rate was 46.1%(136/295); MH single infection in 11 cases, the detection rate was 3.7%(11/295); UU and MH co infection in 57 cases, the detection rate was 19.3%(57/295). The positive rate of mycoplasma in each age group was not statistically significant(χ2=3.164,P=0.531>0.05).7.In the experiment of drug sensitivity test the patients of Simple UU infection were sensitive to tetracycline, doxycycline, josamycin, minocycline, azithromycin, clarithromycin, the sensitivity was 99.3%, 94.1%, 94.1%, 93.3%, 92.7%, 92.7%; the roxithromycin sensitivity was 80.2%;the levofloxacin, ofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, sparfloxacin of quinolones were generally more resistant. The patients of UU and MH co infection were sensitive to josamycin, the sensitivity was 96.5%, minocycline, doxycycline and tetracycline sensitivity were94.7%,93.0%,82.5%,other detected drugs were generally resistant. The drug sensitivity of UU single infection was significantly higher than that of UU+MH.8.CT infection in 12 cases, the positive rate was 4.1%. Conclusions:1. The positive rate of HR-HPV in each age group was statistically significant, the age of the highest positive rate was 21 to 30 years old. The positive rate of mycoplasma was not statistically significant in all ages.2. HR-HPV had the relationship with UU and CT; had no correlation with MH.3. When the other independent variables value were fixed, the risk of HR-HPV infection in UU positive patients was 2.355 times than that of UU negative patients, the risk of HR-HPV infection in CT positive patients was 5.019 times than that of CT negative patients.4. UU and UU+MH infection generally resistant to levofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin, and sparfloxacin, UU+MH infection also resistant to erythromycin, roxithromycin, azithromycin, clarithromycin.
