Objective:In this study,60 cases of clinical stage I was observed in patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans, explore Jiaji Point clinical efficacy of this disease and the impact on microcirculation.Method:Accorded with the inclusive standard 60 cases of one-stage lower extremity arterial sclerosis occlusion, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30cases in each case. Two groups were gender, age, course of diseases is compared, P> 0.05, no significant difference, can be compared. The control group was given conventional treatment, the treatment cycle for three weeks. Treatment group given electroacupuncture Jiaji points combined with conventional treatment, the treatment cycle for three weeks. Observation of the two groups of lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans patients after clinical efficacy and ankle brachial index (ABI), block after reactive hyperemia and hemodynamics before and after the change, statistical processing, the comparison between the two groups differences.Result:1.Two groups of patients after treatment, the treatment group total effectiveness 93.33%, control group total effectiveness 73.33%, P< 0.05, clinical curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group. Treatment group after material, skin temperature, acid bilges, numbness, skin color, intermittent claudication symptoms improvement were superior to control group, P< 0.05).2.ABI symptoms treated, after blocking the reactive hyperemia, hemodynamic improvement than the control group patients. Conclusion:The effect of electro acupuncture on the treatment of lower extremity arterial occlusive disease with the auxiliary treatment of the patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis.
