| Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of the therapeutic scheme based on clinical pathway of traditional Chinese medicine to the patients with arteriosclerosis obliter ans, and provide clinical basis for extension of the clinical pathway. Methods:60 ASO patients of blood stasis syndrome were divided into two groups, and in one g roup,30 patients were treated as clinical pathway of traditional Chinese medicine, a nd in another group,30 patients were treated by extra washing therapy with traditi onal Chinese herbs. We observed and compared the therapeutic effect of the patient s in the two groups by recording the syndrome integral, ankle brachial index(ABI), blood flow perfusion and transcutaneous oxygen pressure in pre and post treatment. Results:1. The curative rate of washing therapy group was slightly higher than t he non-washing therapy group (86.67%vs82.33%,.P>0.05).2.The syndrome integrals were decreased significantly in the two groups between pre and post treatment(P<0. 05).3.The ABI were increased significantly in the two groups between pre and pos t treatment(P<0.05).4. The value of the blood flow perfusion became higher after heating in the two groups(P<0.05). The baseline value and the increasing amount af ter heating of the blood flow perfusion were increased after treatment in the two gr oups(P<0.05), and the increasing amount in the washing therapy group were higher than in the non-washing therapy group(P<0.05).5. By treating, the value of the tr anscutaneous oxygen pressure increased in both groups(P<0.05), and the value in th e washing therapy group after treatment was higher than non-washing therapy group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment therapy based on the clinical pathway of tradit ional Chinese medicine has a good clinical effect to the ASO patients of blood stas is syndrome,manifested that the syndrome integral, ABI, blood flow perfusion and transcutaneous oxygen pressure of the patients were improved. Also, if the patients are treated by extral washing therapy with traditional Chinese herbs, the blood flo w perfusion and transcutaneous oxygen pressure will be improved better. |
