The Clinical Research Observation Of The TCM Physique Types Of Patients Of Ovarian Cancer And Its Related Factors

Objective:Analyze the physique types distribution condition and related factors of patients with endometrial cancer,in order to find the general informations of patients with the incidence of endometrial cancer, the TCM physique types distribution characteristics,and the relationships between the related factors,and summarize its special high-risk physique types. So as to provide reference for clinical early prevention of endometrial cancer and individualized treatment, provide a theoretical reference further for prevention and treatment of endometrial carcinoma with the use of Chinese medicine.Methods:Using clinical epidemiological investigation and study method.Combination of traditional Chinese medicine physique survey scale questionnaire survey was conducted in patients with endometrial carcinoma.The collection from March 01,2015 to September 30,2015 in the hospital of gynecology wards of Harbin medical university affiliated research,and incorporated into the standard questionnaire survey to 79 example patients with intrauterine membrane cancer research.The constitution and its related factors were analyzed by the physical test,which was according to the traditional Chinese medicine constitution classification and judge standards.General clinical data, the types of constitution of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine syndrome used descriptive analysis and cluster analysis.Chi-square test and Fisher exact test were for age,age at menarche, production time and the correlation analysis of body mass index,etc.Results:1.79 example intrauterine membrane of cancer patients, age distribution are for 33-77,the average age is(53.23±8.55).Peak onset age was 41-60 years old,accounting for 75.95% of the total number of cases.Professional in patients accounted for the largest percentage of unemployment,up to 39.24% ,followed by the workers and staff members.Cultural degree is given priority to with junior high school and the following,accounted for 62.03%;Menarche age 12 years old or less were 23 cases (29.11%),13 to 15 years old in 37 cases (46.84%),16 or higher were in 19 cases (24.05%);Production time was less 1 or 2 times more,respectived 48 cases (60.76%) and 31 cases (39.24%); Marital status had married, unmarried and divorced or widowed accounted for 1.27%,82.28% and 16.46% respectively.2. Nine kinds of physical distribution characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine are respectively:Phlegmy wet constitution is 19 cases,accounted for 24.05%;Damp-heat constitution is 13 cases,accounted for 16.46%;Qi deficiency constitution is 12 cases,accounted for 15.19%;Blood stasis constitution is 11 cases,accounted for 13.92%;Peace constitution is 7 cases,accounted for 8.86%;Yang-deficiency constitution is 7 cases,accounted for 8.86%;Qiyu physique is 6 cases,accounted for 7.59%;Constitution with Yin-deficiency is 3 cases,accounted for 3.80%;The specific endowment constitution is 1 case,accounted for 1.27%;The Results showed that Phlegmy wet constitution,damp-heat constitution,Qiyu physique are the main constitution。3. The physical distribution characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine for all ages of endometrial cancer patients are as follows:Youth mainly with Phlegmy wet constitution,Blood stasis constitution and damp-heat constitution;Middle age group is given priority to with Phlegmy wet constitution,the second is the damp-heat constitution, Qiyu physique and Blood stasis constitution;Elderly group is given priority to with Qiyu physique.4. The TCM syndrome type distribution characteristics of 79 example intrauterine membrane carcinoma was syndrome of damp-heat and amassing poison,up to 34 cases,then second liver depression of blood heat of 17 cases,17 cases of qi and blood stasis syndrome,Liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome in 7 cases,the spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome in 4 cases.Combining with the etiology and pathogenesis of endometrial carcinoma,the results showed that damp-heat evil and hot evil were closely associated with endometrial cancer.5.79 patients with different ages,professions,degrees of education,body mass index,menarche ages,parities,pathological types,operation-pathological stages have no statistical significance with the the constitution of traditional.The difference between the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine syndromes have statistical significance.Conclusion:1. The TCM physique type of endometrial cancer patients is given priority to with Phlegmy wet constitution, the second is the damp-heat constitution, Qiyu physique.2. The TCM physique and TCM syndromes of the endometrial cancer patients were high related.3.The constitution theory of TCM provides a reference for the endometrial cancer prevention and screening in high-risk physique.
