The Physical Investigation And Related Influence Factors Of Patients With Endometrial Polyps

Purpose:This study through the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with endometrial polyp and investigate the general situation,to analysis and explore the relationship between endometrial polyps and physical types,susceptible of endometrial polyps,and the high risk factors influence the pathogenesis of endometrial polyps,for the prevention of endometrial polyps and provide reference for clinical dialectical treatment finally.Method: On the basis of clinical epidemiological research methods,design unified health questionnaire and general situation table,select 112 patients in the hospital of shandong university affiliated hospital,who hysteroscopy examination or diagnosis scraping the diagnosis with endometrial polyp,for the questionnaire survey.The collect data use the Microsoft Excel2003 to establish database,then using SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of data.Results:1.The patients with Endometrial polyps with nine types of physical distribution in the order: phlegmy wet mass,blood stasis,qi depression to pledge,gentle quality,Yang deficiency,hot and humid,qi deficiency,Yin deficiency.The phlegm wet mass(30.36%),for the most,blood stasis mass(20.54%),qi depression mass(15.18%)2.The patients with Endometrial polypsin 35~44 years old accounted for 43.75%,was the highest,in 45~54 years old accounted for 37.5%,take second place.3.The patients with Endometrial polyps who`s BMI is overweight 39 cases accounted for 34.82%,12 cases accounted for 10.71%,BMI belong to the obese BMI > 25,a total of 51 cases,accounted for 48.2%.4.Endometrial polyps patients with uterine fibroids with46 cases(45.54%),patients with endometritis with 39 cases(36.11%),patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with 27 cases(24.11%).5.The constituent ratio of age and body mass index of patients with Endometrial ployps have an effect on physical distribution(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Through the epidemiological investigation found that phlegm wet mass,blood stasis,qi depression mass of the three physical susceptible for endometrial polyps.2.Incidence of endometrial polyps after 35 years old started to rise,more concentrated in the 35 to 54 at this age.3.Obesity have an impact on the pathogenesis of endometrial polyps.4.Uterine fibroids,endometritis,polycystic ovary syndrome have certain relevance with the risk of endometrial polyps development.
