Objective:Through investigating the collection of uterine adenomyosis patients etiology, TCM symptoms and physical, statistical survey research data, using clinical epidemiological method, factors affect the incidence of adenomyosis and TCM Syndrome Distribution and physical distribution to make a preliminary study, and to discuss the correlation between them, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine individual prevention and cure of uterine adenomyosis. Methods:Using face-to-face questionnaire survey method, choose 2015 during April April 2016 in Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of gynaecology outpatient and inpatient diagnosis of adenomyosis patients, a total of 102 cases collected their general situation, constitution of TCM and TCM syndrome etc. information, induction the regularity of distribution, and their correlation was analyzed.Results:(1) 102 cases of adenomyosis were collected, aged 35-50 years old accounted for 72.55% of the total. Eating spicy eating bean products accounted for 48.04%, accounted for 38.24%. There are over 3 times and above surgical operation history of uterine cavity accounted for 42.15%.(2) The serum CA125 of patients with adenomyosis increased accounted for 80.39%, CA199 accounted for 25.69% increase Primary dysmenorrhea in the most, accounting for91.17% of the total, the degree to which the majority of severe dysmenorrhea, about 42.16%.(3) Clustering analysis of TCM syndromes in adenomyosis after divided into four categories:(37.25%) kidney qi stagnation and blood stasis, qi stagnation and blood stasis (27.54%), blood stasis (18.63%), damp heat and blood stasis (16.67%), the blood stasis type in most type of documents, accounting for 70.59%.(4) Adenomyosis of TCM Constitution Zhongyang deficiency accounted for 22.55% of the total, qi stagnation, Qi deficiency accounted for 19.61%, accounting for 13.73% of the total, accounting for 12.75% of the total blood stasis There are also 61.76% of the physical folder.(5) There were no significant statistical significance (P> 0.05) in different types of TCM Syndrome Types and age, education, abortion times, serum CA125 and other factors in the patients with uterine gland disease. The TCM Constitution and age, education, degree of dysmenorrhea, uterine cavity operation or operation frequency and other factors were not statistically significant (P> 0.05).(6) There were significant statistical significance (P< 0.05) in different TCM syndrome types of the uterine glands and the number of operation or operation. The TCM Constitution and syndrome types were statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion:(1) Age, dietary habits, repeated operation history of uterine cavity operation are important factors in the pathogenesis of adenomyosis.(2) There is a correlation between the distribution of TCM syndromes and uterine cavity operation or operation times. With the increase of the number of patients with kidney deficiency syndrome, the proportion is also increased.(3) There is a correlation between TCM Constitution and syndrome types. Qi stagnation and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome have a certain correlation, Yang deficiency associated with kidney deficiency and blood stasis quality.
