| Objectives:To explore the TCM syndromes,physique types and related factors of anembryonic pregnancy and dead embryo pregnancy patients,judge there is no difference between these two types,in order to provide references and basis for the study of the standardization of TCM syndrome differentiation,give relevant prevention and intervention measures for pregnant women to avoid pregnancy losses.Methods:These patients were from Gynecological Outpatient and Ward of the Chengdu University of TCM,which all have had the history of embryonic morbidity,being questionnaire survey,filling in the “patients general information ”,the “TCM Constitution Scale”,collecting the embryo patients general information,clinical data,physical type,to establish information database,using SPSS22.0 to carry out statistical analysis.Results:In this survey,194 cases of embryo damage patients were collected,including 75 cases of anembryonic pregnancy and 119 cases of dead embryo pregnancy.The specific results were as follows:(1)Of the anembryonic pregnancy patients,the youngest was 21 years old,the largest was 43 years old,the average age was 29.95 ± 5.253 years old.While among the dead embryo pregnancy,the youngest is 20 years old,the largest was 45 years old,and the average age was 30.27 ± 5.677 years old.The high incidence of two types embryonic damages' was 26~30 years old.(2)The focus on occupations in the two different types of the embryo damage were teachers,civilian personnel and financial staff.The professional attributes were based on mental labor.(3)The cases of all embryo damage occured between 6 ~ 12 weeks,and the incidence of pregnancy weeks to 6~8 weeks was the most common.(4)Among the related maternal diseases of two types of embryo damage,the top three were the thyroid dysfunction,uterine fibroids,unsupplemented folic acid before pregnancy and early pregnancy.(5)The menstruation situation of embryo damage patients with late in menstrual,period,the menstrual period shorten,less quantity,color dark and the quality of sticky as the main performance;the main situation under the belt was the amount of less,the quality of thin,white color;The whole body situation with dysmenorrheal,premenstrual breast pain,loss of control,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,fatigue as the main performance.(6)The syndromes of anembryonic pregnancy include kidney deficiency liver depression(34.67%),kidney yang(16.00%),stagnation of liver qi and qi stagnation(12.00%),spleen and kidney deficiency,kidney deficiency blood stasis,kidney deficiency and blood heat(10.67%),kidney deficiency phlegm,blood weak(2.66%).The syndromes of dead embryo pregnancy include kidney yang(16.81%),stagnation of liver qi and qi stagnation,spleen and kidney deficiency(12.00%),kidney deficiency liver depression,kidney deficiency phlegm(13.44%),kidney deficiency and blood heat(10.08%),blood weak(9.24%),kidney deficiency blood stasis(6.72%).(7)The biased constitution of embryo damage were focus on yang deficiency constitution,then followed by qi depression and hot and humid.Conclusions:(1)The age of the embryonic patient was mostly concentrated at 26~30 years old,and the incidence of pregnancy weeks were common in 6-8 weeks,both of them were mental labours with greater mental pressure,high-risk profession mostly focus on teachers,financial personnel,civilian personnel.(2)Among the related maternal diseases,the main question include the thyroid dysfunction,uterine fibroids and unsupplemented folic acid.(3)Kidney yang deficiency,kidney liver depression,stagnation of liver qi and qi stagnation,spleen kidney both deficiency,are four main syndrome type.It was suggested that the disease mainly because of asthenia,often intermingled deficiency and excess,three organs were involved in kidney,liver and spleen,the deficiency syndrome was mainly caused by kidney deficiency and spleen deficiency,the empirical was caused by Qi stagnation and blood stasis.(4)The most common types of constitution include yang deficiency,qi stagnation and hot and humid. |
