The Clinical Research Of Il-8,tnf-a In Prostatic Fluid For Chronic Prostatis Patients With Qi And Blood Stagnation Treated With Qian Mitong Tablet

Objective:To obserive the clinical effectiveness of chinese paten medcine Qianmitong tablet in treating chronic prostatictis with qi stagnation and blood stasis, to obserive the change of IL-8 and TNF-a in prostate fluid and to explore the possible mechanism.Methods:A total of 80 patients with Chronic prostatitis were randomly assigned to 2 differtent groups, trail group (treated with Qianmitong tablet) and compared group (treated with Qianlie tongyu capsule).Both groups include 40 patients and the treatment lasted for 4 weeks.After 4 week's treatment the patients were asked to the hospital.The doctor saw the changes in NIH-CPSI, scores of various symptoms, the lecithin corpuscles and WBC. All the results will be resolved by Spss 16.0, which p≤0.05 means that there was statistics meaning.Results:The cure rate was 22.2%, manifest improvement rate was 33.3%, effectiveness rate was 27.8% and the no-effctiveness rate was 16.7% in the trail group.Meanwhile in the compared group they were 13.5%,35.1%; 32.4%,18.9% pespectively.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate (P> 0.05).But there was statistic difference in NIH-CPSI, total Chinese Medicine scores and lecithin corpuscles, IL-8, TNF-a and the pain improvement especially in the pain improvement. (P<0.05)Conclusion:Qianmitong tablet was effective in the treatment of Chronic prostatitis and there was same result compaired with qian lie tong yu capsule. It could enhance the efficacy of medical treatment, especially for those people with obvious pain symptoms. And Qianmitong tablet could increase the lecithin corpuscles and decrease IL-8 and TNF-a in the expression of prostatic secretion while inhancing the patients'life quantity.
