The Electrocardiogram And Clinical Effect Of Yin Huang Xiao Xin Tong On Stable Angina Pectoris(Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:This clinical study through the clinical application of Yan Huang Xiaoxintong Capsule in the treatment of heart disease with stable angine pectoris and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine of blood stasis syndrome.According to the clinical symptoms,clinical observation on the curative effect of capsule,the capsule on coronary heart disease with stable angina(blood stasis syndrome)and evaluate the efficacy and safety of the treatment,and the use of ECG changes before and after the analysis and comparison of the capsule,provides a reasonable basis for the verification of research.Methods:This clinical study included a total of cases of 80 cases,all from October 2014 -June 2015 in Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine;the First Affiliated Hospital;Department of cardiology outpatient patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease diagnosis standard of patients,the clinical dialectical blood stasis syndrome.Random single blind method,80 cases of patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 60 people,20 people in the control group,the treatment group was off 11 people,the control group was off 3 people.Two patients were treated with Yan Huang Xiaoxintong Capsule agent in the simulation period,3 tablets each time,3 times a day,a total of 2 weeks.Treatment in treatment group were taking Yin Huang Xiaoxintong Capsule,3 capsules each time,3 times a day;in control group were treated by Yan Huang Xiaoxintong Capsule agent simulant,3 tablets each time,3 times a day were 10 weeks.Statistical analysis and evaluation of Seattle angina scale,TCM syndrome integral,ECG efficacy.Results:(1)The two groups of patients in age,sex,disease degree is not statistically different.(2)After an Yan Huang Xiaoxintong Capsule treatment,the two groups of patients in the table in Seattle Angina integral limitation of physical activity,frequency of angina pectoris,treatment satisfaction has significant difference.(3)The two groups of patients in the TCM syndrome score with significant difference(P<0.05),the treatment group was 91.7%,the matched group 70.6%.(4)The ECG efficacy of the two groups was not significant difference(P>0.05),but the treatment group was due to the matched group.Research conclusions:(1)Yan Huang Xiaoxintong can reduce the frequency of angina,improve the quality of life of patients,improve patient satisfaction.(2)The poor therapeutic effect of Yin Yellow in ECG in the evaluation of curative effect of isosorbide dinitrate.
