A Clinical Efficacy Of Sijun-wuwei Decoction Combining Baofukangshuan Human Interferon On Cervical HR-HPV Infection Of Water Retention Due To Insufficiency Of The Spleen

Objective To observe the effect of Sijun-wuwei Decoction combining Baofukangshuan treating on high-risk cervical HPV infection,explore the efficacy of various treatment and route of administration,and explore the mechanism Sijun-wuwei Decoction combining Baofukangshuan.Method Sellecting 64 patients and dividing randomly into observation group and control group, with 34 cases in observation group.the other group is 3leases.The observation group were given Sijun-wuwei Decoction combining Baofukangshuan suppositories for three menstrual as a course.Others were treated with Baofukangshuan suppositories alone. Watch cases symptoms before and after treatment in both groups,the HR-HPV turn rate, improvement rate, efficiency and inefficiency, the decrease of TCM clinical syndromes.Result 1 Total effect:there is siginificant difference between observation group and control group in recovery rate,which is 48.80% in observation group,and 19.40% in control group(P<0.05).There is siginificant difference between observational group and control group in total effective rate,which is 81.82% in observation group,and 64.52% in control group(P<0.05). The total effect of the observation group than the control group.2 TCM clinical syndromes:there is siginificant difference between observation group and control group in reducing TCM clinical syndromes score,which is 96.97% in observation group,and 67.44% in control group(P<0.05).Proved that the observation group in reducing TCM clinical syndromes score is better than the control group.3 HR-HPV turn rate:there is siginificant difference between observation group and control group in darking rate of HR-HPV,which is 63.64%% in observation group,and 35.48% in control group(P<0.05).
