Systematic Evaluation Of Clinical Efficacy Of Baofukangshuan In The Treatment Of High-risk HPV Infection

Objective: To analyze the effectiveness and safety baofukangshuan in the treatment of high-risk HPV infection,in order to make an objective and credible evaluation,to provide a certain basis for the clinical drug treatment of high-risk HPV infection.Methods: Computer retrieval of the published or unpublished clinical literature on randomized controlled trials of baofukangshuan in the treatment of high-risk HPV infection on cnki,wanfang,weipu,China biomedicine,pubmed and medline databases was conducted on January 1,2008 and June 30,2019.Two reviewers independently screened the literature and extracted the data.The Cochrane manual was used to evaluate the methodological quality of the included literature,and the dispute was settled through discussion.Stata software was used for Meta analysis.Results: According to the standard of sodium emission,25 Chinese literatures were finally included,involving 3,358 patients,using the improved Jadad scale quality evaluation,25 less than 3 point.The results of Meta analysis showed that the effective rate of baofukangshuan in treating high-risk HPV infection was[RR=1.39,95%CI(1.22,1.57)],the negative conversion rate was [RR=1.73,95%CI(1.41,2.11)],the effect of cervicitis was [RR=2.55,95%CI(1.36,4.77)],the cervicitis score was [WMD=5.84,95%CI(4.13,7.55)],the RLU/CO was[WMD=85.09,95%CI(80.38,89.79)],the improvement of HCII was [RR=2.09,95%CI(1.65,2.65)],the untoward effect was [RR=0.39,95%CI(0.19,1.80)].Conclusion: The clinical effect of baofukangchuan on high risk HPV infection is definite.Hovever,due to the low quality of the literature included in this study,more high-quality RCT is needed for verification,so the clinical results of this study cannot be fully known.
