Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of High Risk Type HPV Combined With Cin Ⅰ-Ⅱ By The Treatment Of Erhuangsan

Objective:To observe the effect of topicalERHUANGSAN film agent of high-risk human Papilloma virus with CIN I-II clinical discomfort sympt oms to improve the situation and the human Papilloma virus negative for the clinical treatment of cervical precancerous lesions to provide a strong refere nee.Methods:this topic selection of First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjian g University of traditional Chinese medicine in October 2014 and 2015 Octo ber outpatient service of Department of gynaecology meet diagnostic criteria with high-risk with HPV CIN Ⅰ ～ Ⅱ patients 60 cases randomly points to ER HUANGSAN film agent group (30 cases), recombinant human interferon gel group 30 cases, after 3 courses of treatment (3 cycles), observe two groups o f clinical discomfort symptoms and HPV negative situation.Results:1, ERHUANGSAN scattered membrane drug can significantly i mprove the high-risk type HPV with CIN Ⅰ ～ Ⅱ patients with symptoms of int egral (P< 0.05). The total effective rate was 70.0%, a total of 30cases, inval id 9 case, superior to recombinant human interferon gel in the control group; 2, ERHUANGSAN bulk film medication can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with quantity, the quality of leukorrhagia, etc.; 3, ERHUANGSA N bulk film agent with control group HPV negative had no significant differe nce (P> 0.05); 4, ERHUANGSAN bulk film agent can effectively improve th e lesions of the cervical erosion.Conclusion:1、ERHUANGSAN film agent has the detoxification, anti-inflammatory, anti tumor effect and can improve abnormal vaginal discharge and other clinical symptoms, curative effect is better than that of recombinant human interferon gel.2.There was no significant difference between the erhuangsan membrane age nt and recombinant human interferon HPV.3, The erhuangsan film agent can obviously improve the cervical local condi tion, has the good clinical curative effect to the improvement of the cervical erosion.4、Film forming agent is powder is more concentrated, strong post apply on the surface of the cervix. Drugs that prolong the residence time in the surfac e of the cervix, with good results.
