Aim:Using medical infrared thermal imaging technology (RIF), observed in patients with liver cirrhosis early in a particular area of surface (LR14) radiation temperature, explore the characteristics of the early cirrhosis infrared heat changes.Methods:Specification subjects collected the positioning of the infrared heat maps, between groups and the temperature of the contrast group LR14. At the same time, according to the abdomen, nine points locates between groups to compare the regional temperature. To explore the early cirrhosis infrared heat map recognition method.Result:1. Health groups A and B regional, A and C, B and D area temperature comparison, had no statistically difference; Early liver cirrhosis group A and B area, A and C, B and D area temperature is not statistically difference; Liver cirrhosis group A and B area, A and C, B and D area temperature is not statistically difference.2. Early liver cirrhosis group A and B area compared with the healthy group A and B area temperature, maximum and average temperature were higher than in healthy group, temperature has A statistically significant, compared two groups of the lowest temperature, not statistically difference; Early liver cirrhosis group A and B areas respectively compared with the temperature of the liver cirrhosis group A and B area, were not statistically difference of temperature; Liver cirrhosis group A and B areas respectively compared with the healthy group A and B area temperature, were higher than in healthy group, temperature has A statistically significant, compared two groups of minimum temperature, have no statistical difference.3. early cirrhosis group right abdomen area, season left rib area, on the right ventrolateral area and left ventrolateral area temperature compared with healthy group, all rise, temperature has a statistically significant; Liver cirrhosis group right ventrolateral area temperature compared with healthy group, all rise, temperature has a statistically significant; Temperature of three groups of the rest of the regional comparison, there were no significant statistical difference.4. Health of diaphragmatic infrared heat map no exception in the temperate zone, early cirrhosis of the liver, cirrhosis group under the diaphragm infrared heat map abnormal temperate; Early liver cirrhosis group of structured exception temperate type with "person" under the conditions of the diaphragm, diaphragmatic under horizontal continuous, transverse fracture type, the vertical continuous is given priority to.5. Early liver cirrhosis group of infrared heat maps on the abnormal in more temperate areas:right rib area, season left rib area, right ventrolateral area and left ventrolateral area.Conclusion:1. The infrared thermal imaging detection can provide visual data for early cirrhosis of the liver.2. Infrared thermography reflect temperature change LR14, can be used as an objective evaluation index early cirrhosis.3. Infrared thermal imaging temperature under LR14 as a reference value for advanced cirrhosis characterization.
