【Objective】 Based on heat transfer theory, and the working principle of the infrared thermal imager, body heat medicine limb bone scanning analysis hypertension animal model of infrared thermal images, discusses the infrared thermal image map technology value to the diagnosis of hypertension(IOH) within the bone.【Study Methods】Subjects:Choose healthy adult New Zealand pure white rabbit 15, only 6 months of age, male and female, less weight between 2.6 to 3.5 Kg.Experimental apparatus:(1) Infrared Thermograph :Using HR- 2 series of north China institute of photoelectric technology, medical infrared thermal imager, random built-in thermal image processing software.Before the measurement, the use of HFY- 15 type a blackbody standard source temperature calibration of the infrared thermal imaging system.(2) Portable bone internal pressure meter: bone internal pressure meter consists of two parts, pressure sensor and display.One pressure sensor, YH- 4 physiological pressure sensor(Beijing aerospace medical engineering institute), is a medical alloy steel pipe(measuring rod), coat holster, cutting-edge answer the tee;Digital display systems including bone internal pressure digital display and built-in micro printer.Experimental procedure:(1)Numbered according to the weight of 15 only the rabbit sorting, all experimental animals before moulding as untreated group, first carries on the infrared thermal image map scanning and determination of tibial internal pressure, obtain the rabbit hind legs infrared thermal image on both sides and bone internal pressure value, and for data analysis and storage;For treatment group after molding.(2) The establishment of animal model and grouping:According to the weight of 15 according to random number table method only numbered sequence on rabbit, rabbit just 15 right knee unbend, the "V" type of polyethylene splint on hind legs bending side, with elastic bandage in appropriate tension from the ankle to the thigh root spiral bandaging, fixed 5 weeks continuously, make model of high pressure inside the upper tibia bone fixed side.On the other side is not fixed, as the control side.(3) Bone internal pressure measuring method: With bone marrow biopsy needle in the medial tibial tubercle of cortical bone puncture, connected to the tee and YH- 4 physiological pressure sensor, and internal pressure meter is connected to the bone, and the tee to 2500 u/ml was injected in heparin saline 0.5 m1.Adjust instrument, after waiting for tibial internal pressure stability, pressure, each site observation for 10 min, take its average, record the pressure value and pressure curve.(4)Infrared thermal imaging scans :Application of HR- 2 series medical infrared thermal imager, separately for each rabbit hind legs on both sides of infrared heat map scanning the parameters of the positive side, each experimental animals to scan the positive side of lower limbs 4 infrared thermal image.(5) Data measurement and analysis: The collected infrared heat map interpretation, application software for temperature measurement, data collection and statistical analysis before and after the moulding and the change of temperature of the left and right sides of the knee joint and differences.【Result】1. The animal model of rabbit left knee before surface average temperature: on the left side of 37.42 + /- 0.13 ℃, the right side of 37.53 + /- 0.16 ℃, the left and right sides of the average temperature of 0.41 + /- 0.02.Rabbit left knee joint surface average temperature, temperature difference is small, better symmetry, P values > 0.05, there was no significant difference; 2. Animal model for hot like figure of knee with the center of the knee joint temperature diagram, suffer from knee average temperature is about: 38.59 + /- 0.56, the average temperature of the healthy knee is about: 35.14 + /- 0.34.Compared with the average temperature of the healthy knee with knee, significant difference(P < 0.05); 3. The pattern before and after the left knee joint 0.50 0.23 mm, the average temperature difference by the two sample t test, P > 0.05, no significant meaning;Pattern before and after the right knee to the average temperature of 1.63 + 0.14, the two sample t test(P < 0.05) difference has significant meaning.【Conclusion】 Infrared thermal image on the early auxiliary diagnosis of intraosseous hypertension has a certain value.
