Objective:Using infrared thermal imaging technology to observe haemorrheological nature heart pulse syndrome (hole) in patients with obstruction of shan surface radiation temperature, explore the infrared heat maps in aided diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine haemorrheological nature heart arteries and veins of the obstruction of significance.Methods:This study choose the inclusion criteria of healthy group 30 cases, obstruction of 30 cases as the research object, under the medical infrared thermal imaging SOP, positive and negative body for the collection of the specification and the chest position image information, according to the characteristics of the human body infrared temperature symmetrical area is consistent, symmetric method adopts human area, set up the CV 17 point as the center, to expand around 1 cm* 1 cm square area for observation area A, set up shan in the hole on the back of symmetric point as the center, to expand around 1 cm* 1 cm square area for the observation area B.Take subjects shan hole in the area and then symmetrical area B, the chest area is divided into six observation area at the same time, through the special medical infrared analysis software, automatic generation of the above the highest, lowest and average temperature of observation area, within the group and between groups.Result:(1) 60 cases were selected to meet the requirements of this study, the healthy group, obstruction of the 30 cases respectively, there are 56 people completed the whole process of research, health groups and obstruction of the fall off in 2 cases, cases cannot be excluded, healthy group and the obstruction of groups of gender, age distribution, there was no statistically significant difference (p> 0.05), two groups of participants’gender and age are comparable.(2) the hole in the shan area is compared between group A and observe the temperature within the group comparison plump hole area area A back with symmetrical B area temperature:temperature has no obvious difference, had no statistical difference (P> 0.05).(3) on the chest area is compared between the temperature of the scope of each particular observation:two sets of chest 1 observation area, chest 2 observation area, bust 5 observation area and the average temperature of 6 observation area comparison:had no statistical difference (P> 0.05), two groups of chest 3 area and average temperature in the chest area of 4:obstruction of average temperature were lower than healthy group (P< 0.05), the difference has significant meaning.(4) within the group to compare the chest area observation area 4 symmetric area with the average temperature of the observation area 3:chest area observation area health group 4 with symmetric observation area 3 comparison, the average temperature no statistical difference (P> 0.05);Chest obstruction group area observation area 4 average temperature is lower than the observation area 3 (p< 0.05), the difference has significant meaning.(5) the whole research process does not appear in the case of adverse reactions.Conclusion:1, the chest area infrared heat maps can be used as a haemorrheological nature heart vein obstruction of qualitative judgment reference.2, infrared heat maps can be used as a haemorrheological nature heart arteries and veins of the obstruction of an objective evaluation index.3, and infrared thermal imaging temperature difference value (hole) in the shan area is no judgment.4, infrared thermal imaging detection can provide haemorrheological nature heart card vein obstruction of visual data.
