Purpose:Through clinical application of Chinese herbal medicine SXBXW in patients with acute coronary syndrome(syndrome of cold coagulation of heart vein)after PCI(percutaneous coronary intervention)on the basis of double antiplatelet therapy, observe the changes of TCM syndrome scores, its platelet function and cardiac function, and then evaluate the effect of SXBXW on TCM syndrome scores, platelet function and cardiac function in patients with acute coronary syndrome(syndrome of cold coagulation of heart vein)after PCI,then provide reference for clinical medication.Material and method:From January 2018 to January 2019,80 patients with acute coronary syndrome(syndrome of cold coagulation of heart vein)were randomly divided into test group(n = 40)and control group(n = 40).The patients were successfully treated with PCI in the second department of intracardiac department of affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2019.Control group: treated with conventional western medicine alone.Test group: on the basis of routine western medicine intervention,SXBXW(Shanghai hehuang pharmaceutical co.LTD)was administered orally to 2 tablets,3 times a day, with a weight of 22.5 mg per pill.Routine western medicine intervention methods: antiplatelet drugs(Clopidogrel hydrochloride 75 mg daily, aspirin enteric-coated tablet 100 mg daily),statins,beta-blockers,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, angiotensin ? receptor blockers, etc. The course of treatment in both groups was 1 month.Main outcome measures: TCM syndrome integral scale, platelet function(arachidonic acid(AA),adenosine diphosphate sodium(ADP))and cardiac function(left ventricular end diastolic volume(EDV),left ventricular end systolic volume(ESV)and ejection fraction(LVEF)),1 month after operation in both groups.Results:1.The baseline data of sex, age, diabetes, hypertension, myocardial infarction and number of stents were almost the same in the two groups. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome efficacy between the two groups: the total effectiverate of the experimental group and the control group was compared 1 month after the operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).3.Comparison of scores of each component of TCM syndrome score scale between the two groups: 1 month after the operation, there were statistically significant differences in chest pain, chest tightness, chills and limb coldness between the test group and the control group(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of platelet function between the two groups: the AA of test group and control group was(0.29±0.30VS0.25±0.15,P>0.05)at one month after operation, there was no significant difference between the two groups. The ADP was(0.28±0.80VS0.45±0.22,P>0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups.5.Comparison of cardiac function between the two groups: the EF of the test group and the control group was(0.55±0.10VS0.57±0.80,P>0.05)at one month after operation, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. There was no significant difference between EDV(109.86 ±50.23 VS123.88 ±40.85,P>0.05)and ESV(51.83 ±26.87VS53.50 ±23.72,P>0.05).Conclusion:1.SXBXW combined with double antiplatelet therapy can significantly improve the TCM syndrome after PCI in patients with acute coronary syndrome(syndrome of cold coagulation of heart vein).2.SXBXW combined with double antiplatelet therapy had no significant effect on platelet function and cardiac function after PCI in patients with acute coronary syndrome(syndrome of cold coagulation of heart vein).
