| Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion bilateral Xinshu and Danzhong points combined with western medicine for the treatment of heart failure due to heart-kidney-yang deficiency,and evaluate the safety,effectiveness and clinical value of the combination of moxibustion and medicine for heart failure due to heart-kidney-yang deficiency,To provide a basis for moxibustion treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of 66 patients selected from January 2019 to December 2019 who were diagnosed in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine and Wards of Fujian Provincial People’s Hospital and met the criteria for the diagnosis of heart failure and heart failure and other inclusion criteria were divided into random numbers.experimental group and control group,33 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the experimental group was given moxibustion with acupuncture at Danzhong and bilateral Xinshu points on the basis of conventional western medicine.Each moxibustion was performed for 20 minutes each time,once every other day,14 times as a course of treatment,and one continuous treatment Course of treatment.After 1 course of treatment.The changes of TCM symptom score,cardiac function grade,plasma Plasma N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)level,and quality of life score of heart failure before and after treatment were observed in the two groups of patients.The research data collected by the two groups were collated statistically and analyzed.Results:After 1 courses of treatment,through statistical analysis:(1)The TCM symptom scores of the two groups of patients were lower than before(P<0.05),the total effective rate of the combined moxibustion and medicine group was 80.65%,higher than that of the conventional western medicine group 70.97%(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional western medicine group,the combination of moxibustion and medicine had a larger decrease(P<0.05).(2)The heart failure quality of life scores of the two groups of patients decreased to varying degrees compared with the previous ones(P<0.05),and the reduction of the combined moxibustion medicine group was better than that of the conventional western medicine group(P<0.05).(3)The NYHA heart function of both groups of patients was improved(P<0.05),the total effective rate of the moxibustion combined group was 58.06% between the two groups,which was higher than 48.39% of the conventional western medicine group(P<0.05).(4)The plasma NT-proBNP levels of the two groups of patients decreased compared with the previous ones(P<0.05),and the decrease of the combined moxibustion medicine group was more significant than that of the conventional western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion at bilateral Xinshu and Danzhong acupoints combined with conventional western medicine for heart failure syndrome of heart-kidney-yang deficiency can significantly reduce TCM syndrome score,heart failure quality of life score and plasma NT-proBNP level,and can significantly improve patients’ shortness of breath,Clinical symptoms,such as edema,fatigue and loss of appetite,are of great significance for improving the heart function ofpatients and improving their quality of life. |
