Then, all the data was input and checked via EpiData 3.1. Finally, Statistical analysis got started:cluster analysis, frequency analysis, chi-square test...The conclusion was educed eventually. Results:Among the 203 cases of gynecological patients with primary dysmenorrhea:As type 1, qi stagnation and blood stasis occupied 69 cases, accounting for 34.00%; As type 2, deficiency of qi and blood occupied 11 cases, accounting for 5.42%; As type 3, cold-damp coagulation occupied 19 cases, accounting for 9.36%; As type 4, yang deficiency and internal cold occupied 49 cases, accounting for 24.14%; As type 5, damp-heat and static blood occupied 41cases, accounting for 20.20%; As type 6, dysfunction of liver and kidney occupied 14 cases, accounting for 6.90%.The survey results indicated that:the distribution regularities of TCM syndromes about primary dysmenorrhea had no statistical significance with Menarche age, number of abortion, the degree of pressure, smoking, drinking, temperature, taste and variety of the food as well as MBV(P>0.05),while which had statistically significance with marital status, place of residence, number of reproduction, methods of contraception, the degree of dysmenorrhea. (P<0.05)Conclusion:The pattern of qi stagnation and blood stasis was the most common one in the distribution of TCM syndromes about primary dysmenorrhea. And patterns of yang deficiency and internal cold, cold-damp coagulation, dysfunction of liver and kidney as well as deficiency of qi and blood were followed successively. The distribution showed no obvious relation with menarche age, number of abortion, the degree of pressure, smoking, drinking, temperature, taste and variety of the food and MB V, while which showed obvious relation with marital status, place of residence, number of reproduction, methods of contraception and the degree of dysmenorrhea.
