A Pilot Trial On Sliding-cupping And Palm-rubbing At Hechelu To Treat Diabetic Depression In Yang Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney Pattern

Purpose:On the basis of establishing affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in chengdu Li Zhong Yu hechelu theory, to evaluate effective and safety by Sliding-cupping and Palm-rubbing at Hechelu to Treat Diabetic Depression in Yang Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney Pattern. Screening the efficiency advantages in treating depression state among diabetes patients differentiated as Spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome.Methods:Randomization methods using center randomly, all experimental data with statistical analysis system SPSS 13.0.108 cases of diabetes patients with depression of Yang deficiency were randomly divided into two group(51 cases, and the control group in 49 cases).treatment group line cans on hechelu together with the brush method on alternate days,6 times for a period of treatment, treatment of two period of treatment.a grain of prozac a day in Control group around the course. After the end of treatment cycle according to 17 HAMD depression scale,TCM symptom score,depression self rating scale score of SDS and Beck depression inventoryResults:1.compare at the baseline:Two groups of patients in the Diabetes duration, Duration of depression,17 HAMD depression scale, TCM symptom score, depression self rating scale of SDS score and Beck depression inventory get better balance (P> 0.05), the baseline level is comparable;2.Comparison in the group:each group of patient before and after treatment, before treatment and follow-up have obvious difference (P<0.05);3. Comparison between groups:Self-evaluation of depression of SDS, HAMD depression scale quantity and Beck depression rating scale has no statistical significance after two groups of patients Before treatment, after treatment follow-up. So there is no obvious difference. In the same way, The treatment group and control group have obvious difference on TCM symptoms improve relations through statistical analysis (P<0.05)4.Comparative effectiveness:The effectiveness of Chinese medicine group is higher, but P> 0.05, there are no differences between the groups.Conclusion:1. Sliding-cupping and Palm-rubbing at Hechelu to Treat Diabetic Depression in Yang Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney Pattern In the score of depression related to scale with the western medicine group there was no significant difference, but TCM symptoms improve relations has obvious curative effect than western medicine group.2. Patients have no discomfort in this experiment. The operation simple operation, economic security, easily accepted by patients, is worth promoting.
