The Clinical Observation Of Fuyang Cupping Regulated Yang Deficiency Constitution People Of Sub-health

To observe Fuyang Cupping and Snake Moxibustion in improving sub-health and Yang deficiency constitution people,before and after synthetically regulation,we comparison of constitution in chinese medicine questionnaire and quality of life,in order to explore the better method in improving sub-health and Yang deficiency constitution people.Methods:Totally,60 people of sub-health and Yang deficiency constitution were divided into two groups:30 cases for the treatment group(Fuyang Cupping group)and 30 cases for the control group(Snake Moxibustion group).Treatment group were coordinated twice a week and treated continually three months.Control group were coordinated once a week and treated continually three months.And then,we compared the before and after synthetically regulation,quality of life and yang-deficiency symptom.Results:1.The comparision between two groups before and after synthetically regulation: In treatment group,13 cases effective,15 cases progressive for 2cases invalid.The total effective rate was 93.33%.In control group,4 cases effective,19 cases progressive,7 case invalid.The total rate was 76.67%.By rank sum test,it has a result of P=0.005<0.01,which showed that the two groups were significant difference.2.After synthetically regulation,there were decreasing in the scores of chinese medicine questionnaire,yang-deficiency foursub-scales and increasing in the MOF SF-36 questionnaire.By rank sum test,it has a result of P<0.01,which showed that the two groups were significant difference before and after synthetically regulation.3.Comparing the difference of constitution in chinese medicine questionnaire,the MOF SF-36 questionnaire and yang-deficiency foursub-scales,by rank sum test,it has a result of P<0.01,which showed that the there are significant difference after synthetically regulation between two groups.Conclusion:1.Fuyang Cupping and Snake Moxibustion can improving sub-health and Yang deficiency constitution people.2.Fuyang Cupping is better than Snake Moxibustion in improving people with sub-health and Yang deficiency constitution.3.With convenience,security,non-side effects,Fuyang Cupping is worth to spread widely.
