Clinical Observation On Treating Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis(Deficiency Of Spleen And Stomach Syndrome)with Huangqi Jian Zhong Decoction And Liangfu Pill

Purpose: This subject is the clinical observation of the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Syndrome)with the addition and subtraction of the classic prescription of traditional Chinese medicine Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and Liangfu Pill.Its research area belongs to Chinese medicine internal digestive system diseases.The clinical observation of the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(Spleen-Stomach Deficiency Syndrome)by adding or removing Huang Qi Jian Zhong Tang He Liang Fu Pills,to clarify its clinical efficacy,summing up the tutor’s clinical application experience in addition and subtraction,thus providing a safer and more effective treatment plan for the clinic.Method: Will be from the Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital(Jilin Provincial Hospital)liver spleen and stomach clinic,western medicine diagnosed as chronic non-atrophic gastritis,there are a total of 72 patients diagnosed with stomach pain(spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome)by TCM,according to the proportion of 1:1 randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group:Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and Liangfu Pill addition and subtraction(Huangqi,Gaoliangjiang,Baiju,Guizhi,Xiangfu,Wujing,Baihe,Gorgonia,ginger,jujube,licorice,etc.),course of treatment for 4 weeks;control group:Wen Weishu granules,the course of treatment is 4 weeks.By recording the improvement of the main symptoms,minor symptoms,and gastroscopes before and after treatment,the analysis summarized the safety and efficacy of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and Liangfu Pills in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome).Result: After 4 weeks of treatment,the statistical software IBM SPSS Statistics 22 was used to analyze the changes of each index before and after treatment in the two groups of patients,And summed up the conclusions are as follows:(1)comparison of the overall efficacy of the two groups of patients with syndromes:the treatment group consisted of 36 patients,the total effective rate is 94.3%,among them,6 were clinically cured,significantly effective in 24 cases,3 valid,invalid 2 cases,one case of shedding;control group: 36 cases,the total effective rate is 71.4%,among them,there are 0 clinical cures,significant 5cases,effective in 20 cases,invalid 10 cases,one fell off.After reaching the conclusion by the rank sum test,there was a statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of the total scores of the two groups of patients after treatment:treatment group 35 cases,the symptom score after treatment was 3.4286 ±2.67104,35 patients in the control group,the symptom score after treatment was 11.6671±4.85037.After the t test,we reached a conclusion,after treatment in the treatment group,there was a statistically significant difference compared with the control group after treatment(P<0.05),the overall efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.(2)Comparison of the main symptom scores after treatment between the two groups of patients:Stomach pain,when you get warm or eat,you reduce the symptom score after treatment,the treatment group was 1.0857 ± 1.12122;the control group was 2.2286 ±1.16533.Pan-spit clear water treatment symptom score,the treatment group was 0.3429 ±1.13611,the control group was 1.7714±1.35225.After the t-test,draw a conclusion,the scoresof the main symptoms after treatment in both groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).It was shown that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the overall clinical efficacy of the main symptoms.(3)Comparison of secondary symptom scores after treatment in both groups:through the t-test,all TCM symptoms after treatment in the treatment group and control group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,there was a significant difference(P<0.05);the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the symptoms of TCM(no looks,no limbs,no warmth at the end of the day,no sputum,no sputum,fullness of the stomach,and loose stools),it has statistical significance(P<0.05);the effect of improving acid absorption is not significant enough,no significant difference(P>0.05).(4)Comparison of gastroscopy after treatment in both groups:through the t-test,the erythema after treatment in the treatment group and control group was significantly improved compared with that before treatment,there was a significant difference(P<0.05);after treatment,erosion and hemorrhage in the treatment group and control group were not significantly improved compared with those before treatment,No significant difference(P>0.05).There was no significant effect on the improvement of erythema,erosion,and hemorrhage between the treatment group and the control group,no significant difference(P>0.05).Therefore,there was no significant difference in gastroscopy between the two groups of patients after treatment.(5)There were no adverse reactions and adverse events in the two groups of patients during the treatment.Overall,in the clinical treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Syndrome)is safe and effective.Conclusion: The above data shows that the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Syndrome)with the addition or subtraction of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and Liangfu Pills can eliminate or significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life,relieve pain,all patients in the process of clinical treatment of this disease in the clinical use of no adverse reactions and adverse events,for the clinical treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis provides a more safe and effective treatment program.
