| Objective:Studying on the clinical efficacy, safety and recidivity of qi-tonifying phlegm-resolving stagnation-dissipating therapy in treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands in Sichuan region.Methods:The 60 cases of hyperplasia of mammary glands patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=30). The treatment group took orally Xiaopiyin. The control group took orally Datusizixiaohe oral liquid.Four weeks as a course of treatment, the clinical efficacy and safety were observed after 2 courses.The patients with recovery were followed up after 1 months to observe the relapse.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.3%. The total effective rate of the control group is 70%. The treatment group is superior to the control group in this category. The treatment group is superior to the control group in relieving breast pain and improving the patients’ diet, sleep, tongue. The treatment group and the control group have no untoward reactions and the cured cases. Conclusion:Qi-tonifying phlegm-resolving stagnation-dissipating therapy has a definite therapeutic effect on hyperplasia of mammary glands in Sichuan region,and it has high safety.The therapy is worthy of further clinical research. |
