Comparative Study Of The Clinical Curative Effect Of Acne(the Unbalance Of Chong And Ren) By Wuweixiaocuoyin

Objective: The study by observing the change of the patients with acne vulgaris in the unbalance of the Chong Ren type symptoms, signs and serum sex hormones(testosterone,estradiol) levels before and after the treatment, objective evaluation the clinical curative effect of the Wuweixiaocuoyin, to explore the mechanism of the treatment of the patients with acne vulgaris in the unbalance of the Chong Ren type, to summarize the application law of the Wuweixiaocuoyin which treats the acne vulgaris in the unbalance of the Chong Ren type, and to lay the theoretical foundation for clinical practice.Methods: 60 patients which were Chong and Ren disorders type of acne vulgaris would be consistent with inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group with 30 patients and the control group with 30 patients. The treatment group was treated with Wuweixiaocuoyin; the control group was treated with Viaminati capsule. Two treatment cycles are 8 weeks. To observe and record the symptoms, the signs and the changes in hormone levels of patients before and after treatment and the adverse reactions during the treatment response. Fill in the clinical case report, and grade symptom score,determine clinical efficacy. At the end of the observation, quantify processing the data to statistical analysis by the computer.Results: Treatment and control groups in age distribution, the lesions score before treatment score and score in terms of Chinese and Western medicine do not have statistically significant. By scientific statistics the data before and after treatment, indicate that in terms of effectiveness, skin lesions and reduce the rate of adverse reactions, the treatment group was better than the control group. The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%, the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%, the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05). The skin lesions decrease of treatment group was 84.38%, the skin lesions decrease in the control group was 64.23%, a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Before and after treatment, in terms of reduce the testosterone rate, the treatment group was 17.24%, there was significant difference(P<0.05), estrogen increased rate was 1.33%, there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). During the medication, the treatment group without any adverse reactions, and the control group had varying degrees of 13 cases of dry mouth, dry skin, and so on.Conclusion: Wuweixiaocuoyin have precise clinical efficacy, the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%, and obviously higher than the control group with Viaminati capsule. Wuweixiaocuoyin could effectively reduce the testosterone level of the patients with acne vulgaris in the unbalance of the Chong Ren, mildly rise the serum estrogen level of the body, and obviously improve the patients with acne vulgaris in the unbalance of the Chong Ren type symptoms,signs, maybe the main mechanism to achieve the clinical efficacy. During the observation, there was no adverse reactions, have high safety. The clinical observation has shown that the Wuweixiaocuoyin was a kind of medicine with high safety and efficacious, and have better clinical application prospect.
