| Objective:Observing and Discussing the Curative Effect of Yucuo Granule in Treating Accelerating Insane Acne.Methods:A total of 60 outpatients in the dermatology department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control groupwith 30 cases each.patients in the treatment group were treated with oral Yuqi granules,one dose per day,two times in the morning and evening and half an hour after meals,patients in the control group were given oral tanshinone capsules four times,three times a day.Both courses of treatment are 8 weeks.The morphology,nature,color,quantity and integration of lesions were observed before treatment,4 weeks after treatment,and 8 weeks after treatment.The skin lesions before menstruation,menstruation,breast,and rib Pain were observed and scored for comparison.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results:1.Yucuo granules can effectively reduce skin lesions and improve the TCM syndromes.Through statistical tests,there are statistically significant differences between Yucuo granules in the treatment of women with indolent acne.2.After 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group improved.The clinical efficacy observation results showed that the total effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group and 86.67%in the control group.The contrast between the two groups was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Yucuo Granules can effectively treat women with indolent acne.2.Yucuo granules are more effective than Danshentong capsules in treating irritated acne. |
