| Objective:The purpose of this paper is to observe the clinical effects of Ning Chang I after curing IBS-D and Spleen Deficiency and Damp-heat. Therefore, I can further investigate the mechanism of this medicine. In the end, I can get a new method for curing IBS-D through the clinical reseach.Methods:(1) In this paper, Random contrast method was adoptted. I will choose 60 cases of IBS-D(They all belong to the Syndrome: Spleen Deficiency and Damp-heat)(2) The Ning Changâ… is given to the treatmeet group, while the Trimebutine Maleate Capsules to the control grap. The patients of two groups need a subsequent visit once a week,and a month later I wiu estimate the effect.(3) The overall efficiency, the total integral of the traditional Chinese medicine symptom of pre-therapy and post-treatment, the total integral of the clinical symptoms about pre-therapy and post-treatment and its safety analyzed.(4) The SPSS18.0-statistical software: the T-test for measuring data and Chi-square test for counting data was used.Results:(1) 12 are cured;16 get better; 2 show no efficacy in the treatment group,and the total effective rate is 93.33%. In the control group, 4 are cured, 21 get better, 5 show no efficacy, and the total effective rate is 83.33%.(2) After the curing, the treatment group’s total integrals of the traditional Chinese medicine symptom reduce by about 12, while the control group’s integrals reduce by about 8.(3) Compared the integrals between the treament group and the control group after the treating, I find that the patiexfs the treatment group have some symptoms, such as shit symptom, mucous shit, bad appetite and no reaction, heavy limbs trapped, tired and weak.The color of pee, the frequency of shit,and the disorder of defecation are apparently different(P<0.05).(4) There are no obvious abnormal symptoms between pre-treatment and post-therapy.Conclusions:(1) Treatment group’s total effective rate is 93.33%. while that of the control group is 83.33%. After counting, the total effective rates of the two groups have no significant difference(P>0.05).(2) The treatment group’s total integrals of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms are superior to the contol group’s(P>0.05). It means Ning Chang could obviously improve the patients’ symptoms and body characters.(3) Before and after treatment, when the integrals of clinical symptoms between the two groups are handled, I could find their difference(P<0.05). It means two methods could treat this illness.(4) The treatment group can improve significantly the frequency of defecation, the disorder defecation, the symptom of feces, the mucous feces, bad appetite and no reaction, heavy limbs trapped; tired and weak; and the color of urine. However, it could not apparently improve the stomach, abdominal distension, borborygmus, and thirst.(5) There are no abnormal symptom when I test the patients’ regular blood, regular shit, liver’s and kidney’s functions, which means the Ning Chang I is safe and reliable.(6) The disease is mainly in the spleen, stomach, and intestines. The pathogenesis is caused by spleen deficiency then by damp heat. The pathogenesis changes will have some symptoms, such as both inside and outside, more dampness more badness, vulnerrable to manifestation of deficiency and excess, fast and be slow, and the campl:catian of the patients’ conditions.(7) Ning Chang I mainly strengthens the spleen, cleans heat and removes dampness. If we use the medicine reasonably and right, we will recover from the diseases.According to the study, we can learn that the Ning Chang I can effectively improve the patients’ illness symptoms and body characters. During testing, there are no toxic and side- effects. Thus the Ning Chang I is the effective way to cure the IBS-D. Through the study, we can find out the Ning Chang I can also adjust the stomach and intestines, strengthen body immunity, and adjust the emotion. It is worth making further investigation. |
