Objective:To compare the effects between heat-sensitive moxibustion and traditional moxibustion on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome. Firstly, this paper used the IBS symptom rating scale to evaluate the overall effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion. Secondly, adoption of IBS-SSS to evaluate the improvement of states with heat-sensitive moxibustion. Methods:The needs of the experiment in the diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome patients, screening test in 60 cases with spleen kidney yang deficiency, and then randomly assigned 30 patients in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. Treatment group:the thermal moxibustion moxa group, mainly in the abdomen (including Ren meridian, spleen, stomach and kidney based regional explorat ion of heat sensitive acupoints Distr ict, in ascertained heat sensitive points on each selected the most sensitive 1-3, followed by cyclotron, pecking, round-trip, mild moxibustion 4 steps Shi moxibustion operation. Control group:mild moxibustion group, main points:Tianshu, Zusanli, Shenque, Guan Yuan. For 10min patients with mild moxibustion, tolerance, moxibustion and skin flushing. The two groups were included in the beginning of treatment, the next day 1,10 days for 1 course of treatment, a total of 30 days. In the process, the patients were asked to fill out the IBS symptom scale and the improvement of the symptoms before treatment, after treatment and fol low-up, and the total effective rate was calculated. Finally using the SPSS 22 statistical software package for the collection and collation of the data required for statistical analysis. Results:The treatment group and the control group of 30 cases, no shedding or excluding cases, and finally the actual observation of 30 cases. In statistics, the patients in the two groups of gender, age, course of disease with statistical software analysis compared with no significant difference (P> 0.05), description of sex of two groups of patients, age than the duration, rather than consistent baseline, meet to compare the equilibrium conditions. First, two groups of patients with IBS-D single symptom score values decreased more obviously than before treatment, the difference is significant (P< 0.001), but in "abdominal distention or discomfort, stool frequency, stool", "appetite" and other symptoms of heat sensitive moxibustion than in the control group, the therapeutic effect is good, statistically significant difference (P<0.01), indicating that the heat sensitive moxibustion in improving symptoms and emotional deficiency of spleen and kidney yang IBS-D with respect to the mild moxibustion treatment has obvious advantages. In the general clinical curative effect, the treatment group cure 5 cases (16.67%),18 cases were markedly improved (60.00%), 4 cases (13.33%) effective, ineffective in 3 cases (10.00%); control group, four patients (13.33%) were cured,16 cases were markedly effective (53.33%), effective in 3 cases (10.00%), invalid in 7 cases (23.33%). The treatment group total effective rate was higher than the control group, respectively 90.00% and 77%(P<0.05), that have statistically significant differences in the efficacy of the two groups. According to the above research results of the analysis indicated, whether it is using heat sensitive moxibustion therapy or just take ordinary mild moxibustion treatment, can effective treating spleen and kidney yang deficiency type IBS-D; but were compared between the two groups in the total efficiency, thermal moxibustion group is superior to control group, especially the heat sensitive moxibustion in improving poor appetite symptoms more significantly. Conclusion:Thermal moxibustion in the treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome (syndrome of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney) is no danger, satisfactory treatment, curative effect is better than pure mild moxibustion treatment; studies have shown that, heat sensitive moxibustion therapy improve poor appetite, the symptoms of mild moxibustion have obvious effect in, it is worth clinical promotion.
