Objective:In 100 cases of shanxi region in postmenopausal women with knee osteoarthritis patients clinical analysis, the preliminary discussion in shanxi region )ostmenopause women with knee osteoarthritis of TCM syndrome types, provide the )asis for clinical treatment based on syndrome differentiation.Methods:Effectively gathering outpatient treatment of 100 cases, to fill in the ’information collection sheet" and establish a database table of the experts condition (?)ialectical, input data, using "Israel", "experts" syndrome differentiation syndromes was sealed with each other to learn research methods, analysis of 100 cases of )ostmenopausal women knee osteoarthritis of TCM syndrome type.Results:(1) based on the "test with a prescription" method obtains Shanxi to )ostmenopausal knee osteoarthritis patients The following medical syndrome type listribution:Yang deficiency and cold type in 86 cases, accounting for 86%; Yin deficiency of iver and kidney in 12 cases, accounting for 12%; arthralgia due to wind cold lampness type in 1 cases, accounting for 1%; 1 cases of blood stasis arthralgia, ccounted for 1%. The spleen in 7 cases, accounting for 7%;5 Expert Group V:the eight principal syndromes:Certificate in 100 cases, accounting for 100%; cold syndrome in 99 cases, accounting for 99%; 3 cases of heat syndrome of deficiency syndrome, accounted for 3%; 100 cases, accounting for 100%; positive in 2 cases, accounting for 2%; Yin Syndrome in 100 cases, accounting for 100%; 1 cases Yang Syndrome, accounted for 1%. The viscera syndrome:100 cases of liver, kidney in 100 cases, accounting for 100%, accounted for 100%,3 cases of spleen, accounted for 3%.Conclusion:(1) 100 postmenopausal patients with Yang deficiency syndromes was the main type haemorrheological nature 86%, followed by liver and kidney Yin (?)eficiency type, cold outside invasion and blood stasis resistance type certification.(2) 100 patients with postmenopausal syndrome differentiation of eight )rinciples, certificate, han zheng, Yin syndrome, deficiency syndrome in the average 99% in all.(3) "Israel test certificate" and "experts" syndrome differentiation results consistent, it is concluded that 100 cases of postmenopausal syndromes distribution of knee osteoarthritis, as phased study, the results for postmenopausal in shanxi regions rovide a preliminary basis for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of knee osteoarthritis, lay the foundation for further study.
