ObjectiveKnee osteoarthritis (KOA) is a common clinical chronic degenerative disease, the motherland medicine in "Huangdi Neijing" has been on the disease records, but its prevention is still a problem in current medical. Treatment based on syndrome differentiation is the basic principle of traditional Chinese medicine, and modern medicine for the disease diagnosis and treatment for X-ray, MRI, arthroscopy, mature and effective means of. This topic through the analysis of kidney marrow deficiency, blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis imaging findings and pathological changes under arthroscopy, aims to explore the different TCM syndrome types of osteoarthritis of the knee in the imaging findings and pathological changes under arthroscopy of organizational structure (such as synovial hyperplasia, cartilage, osteophyte formation). Correlation, so as to provide basis for clinical research more objective knee osteoarthritis in tcm.MethodsCollection of knee osteoarthritis were TCM, select60patients met the inclusion criteria of knee osteoarthritis patients (32cases of blood stasis,28cases of kidney marrow), signed the informed consent, knee joint and lateral X ray, MRI examination and statistical classification and various imaging parameters finishing, then use of arthroscopic operation in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis, mirror and record different types of pathological change of organizational structure (synovium, articular cartilage, osteophyte, free body). Based on above data, statistical analysis of the statistics of blood stasis and deficiency of kidney of knee osteoarthritis in imaging and arthroscopy, correlation analysis, the conclusion. ResultsIn X-ray, blood stasis group osteophytes severity than kidney marrow deficiency group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Joint clearance, subchondral cysts, sclerosis of the subchondral bone, joint dislocation were no significant difference (P>0.05). In the MRI and arthroscopy, kidney marrow deficiency group in the degree of cartilage injury is more serious than the blood stasis group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), no significant difference of synovialhyperplasia (P>0.05).GonelusionTCM syndrome type and imaging and arthroscopy of knee osteoarthritis by pathology are closely linked, imaging indexes can be used as one of objective and quantitative indexes for knee osteoarthritis in TCM syndrome differentiation type. Kidney marrow congestion block type, deficiency of knee osteoarthritis in imaging and arthroscopic findings have obvious difference, between the two syndromes in cartilage injury, synovial proliferation, osseous hyperplasia lesions have obvious difference.
