| Objective To investigate the clinical effect of diagnosis and treatment of athletes patellar tendon end disease with stick firm technology combined with needle knifeMethods To choose 60 cases that meet the diagnosis of patellar tendon disease. The treatment group has 30 cases concluding 13 male cases and 17 female cases. Age is from 16 to 28 years old, and the average age is 21 years old. All treatment cases are cured with stick firm technology combined with needle knife. The control group has 30 cases concluding 14 male cases and 16 female cases. Age is from 16 to 28 years old and the average age is 21 years old. All control cases are cured with traditional needle knife therapy. There was no statistically significant difference with gender and age in two groups (P>0.05).Results After a period of treatment,23 cases cured,3 cases had marked effect,2 cases improved, the total effective rate was 93.3% in treatment group. in Control group 15 cases cured,5 cases had marked effect,3 cases improved, the total effective rate was 76.7%. Two groups of curative effect comparison had significant differences (P< 0.05). After review all cured patients did not recure,1 case of adverse reactions. End of the two groups of patients with patellar tendon pain symptoms improve before the treatment, but the treatment group was better than control group (P < 0.01). Two groups of patients with patellar tendon end blood flow conditions have improved, but the treatment group was better than control group (P< 0.01). Two groups of patients with knee joint strength has improved, but the treatment group is better than that of control group (P< 0.01).Conclusion The treatment group on the curative effect is better than the control group.Acupotomology with stick firm technology athletes patellar tendon terminal illness is safe and effective, and no obvious adverse reaction, athletes in practice skillfully use the technology to injury prevention and rehabilitation have good effect. |
