Research objective: Objective to explore the improvement of the symptoms of knee osteoarthritis with massage therapy,to observe the therapeutic effect of "patellar-Penderzong" on knee osteoarthritis,and compare the effect of traditional massage on osteoarthritis of knee joint,to make clear the effectiveness of Peng by patellar tendon Provides a more effective treatment for osteoarthritis of the knee.Research methods: 60 patients with mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.In the treatment group,30 cases were observed by Peng,and 30 cases were observed in the control group by traditional massage.3 times a week,two weeks for a course,a total of 2 courses.Before and after the treatment,the two groups of Womac knee function score,Pain VAS score,5 times of the use of sitting,and so on changes,2 months follow-up,and analysis and after the last treatment of the changes in related indicators,statistical analysis,compare the differences between the two groups.Research results: 1.Baseline data for the first two groups of treatment: gender,age,course of disease,height,weight,womac knee function score,pain VAS score 5 times compared to the time used,no statistically significant(p>0.05).2.Treatment results:(1)Comparison between groups: the total efficiency of the two groups was compared: the treatment group was finally completed in 28 cases,the effect of 10 cases,effective 16 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total effective rate of 92.86%,the control group completed 29 cases,the effect of 6 cases,effective 19 cases,invalid 4 cases,the total effective rate of 86.21%.There were no cured cases in both groups.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the two groups were statistically significant(p<0.05)after the 1th course,after the 2nd course of treatment,and after the follow-up,WOMAC efficacy score,VAS visual analogue score,and time required for 5 times.(2)Comparison between the treatment group and the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05)compared with the Womac efficacy score,VAS visual analogue score and 5 time of sitting in each course before treatment.There was no statistically significant difference between the WOMAC score and the VAS visual analogue score of the treatment group and the control group after follow-up and the 2nd course of Treatment(p>0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the time required for the 5 sitting of the group after follow-up and 2nd treatment(p>0.05),The control group had a statistically significant difference in the time required to sit 5 times after follow-up and the 2nd course of Treatment(p<0.05).Conclusions:1.patellar peng and traditional massage therapy can treat knee osteoarthritis,relieve the symptoms of knee,and improve the quality of life of patients.2.The effect of Peng with patellar tendon method is superior to that of traditional massage manipulation.3.The study of this subject confirms that the Peng of patellar tendon has great potential and advantages in treating pain and function of osteoarthritis of knee joint,and has the value of popularizing and applying in clinic.
