Background Dental caries is the most common oral diseases. Early enamel caries teeth surface appears to be complete,but under the surface of enamel demineralization has occurred,the formation of pores, cause to enamel caries bacteria can through these pore deeply penetrate,acceleration of enamel demineralization of further,so that the enamel appears as chalk stains or spots,matt.In clinical practice,enamel chalk spot (white spot lesions) is a clinical common diseases, enamel surface oral is caused by various causes of enamel demineralization, enamel in the form of a large number of microporous structure, chalky appearance is no luster.Mota and other studies have shown that patients with Bai Eban orthodontic treatment rate can be as high as 50% to 75%.At present,the early enamel caries (enamel opaque spot) in the treatment of two kinds of methods, one way is to promote the demineralization of enamel mineralization again,another method is the application of biological material blocking off mine area of pores and channels,blocking the further development of demineralization. The existing recognized remineralization fluoride formulations,for there are many research results of fluoride in remineralization. However,few studies on blocking off the mining area of microporous,agreement has not yet been approved dentists,this area is blank.In recent years,for the early enamel caries without the formation of cavity, there is a new material,new technology,penetration. Resin infiltration technology is a new technology of preventing dental caries development,its treatment of early enamel caries with minimally invasive methods,avoid surgical treatment causing caries surrounding healthy hard tissue unnecessary losses.Integrated a large number of domestic and foreign study found that, now at home and abroad on resin infiltration treatment early enamel caries is seldom reported. By the research methods of foreign scholars,research and innovation to carry out the penetration of resin in the deciduous teeth,and at the same time,from the three aspects of the penetration time,acid etching agent and binder is used to study the permeability of permeable resin,as resin in the clinical application of provide certain theoretical reference.Objectives By penetrating resin infiltration time, selection of acid corrosion inhibitors, and the application of binder such as permeability in vitro studies, for clinical early enamel chalk spots, and provides the theory basis for early enamel caries and a treatment option.Materials and Methods 1. Effect of penetrating resin on the penetration depth of early artificial enamel caries at different penetrating time:50 healthy premolars without caries extracted for orthodontic reason were selected,then artificial enamel caries was prepared,randomly divided into 5 groups(n=10).Samples were penetrated with penetrating resin of 1min,2.5min,2min resin,3min,4min,respectively,then light curing 60s.Specimens were prepared after the teeth being sliced and polished,observed with inverted fluorescence microscope,measuring caries damage depth of LD (Lesion Depths) and penetration depth of PD (Penetration Depths), calculating penetration percentage of PP (PP= PD/LD×100%), multi-sample rank test analyzing of the relationship between the penetration depth and time.2.Different acid corrosion inhibitors in the early primary teeth enamel caries effect on penetration depth of penetration resin:select 60 normal replace the remoal of healthy without first milk molar caries, preparation of artificial enamel caries model first, and randomly divided into A, B two groups, each group of 30 specimens, within the group is divided into three groups, respectively 15% with 15% HCL and H3PO4 acid inhibitor pickling 60 s,90 s and 120 s, and coating permeability resin permeability 3 min, then light curing 60 s. Then slice grinding specimen, baby teeth specimens with inverted fluorescence microscope observation, measure the LD caries damage depth and penetration depth of PD, calculating penetration percentage of PP,using SPSS 13.0 statistical software to analyze the influence of different acid inhibitor on the depth of penetration.3.Effect of binder on artificial early enamel caries of the penetration of the resin infiltration depth:first premolar extractions in orthodontic treatment to choose healthy caries free, the first preparation of artificial caries model with 15% hydrochloric acid,2min,Luo Danming after staining, were randomly divided into 3 groups,each group of 10 samples,the first group of coating binder and penetration of resin the second group,third group coated adhesive,coating permeability and light curing resin 3min,60s. Then slice grinding specimen, specimen were observed by inverted fluorescence microscope, measure the caries depth penetration depth of LD and PD, to calculate the permeability of percentage of PP, SPSS 13.0 is used to analyze influence of binder on the penetration depth.Results 1. Penetration depth of penetrating resin in 1 min was less than 3 min.90% ofmaximum demineralization depth can be achieved when the resin penetrating for 2.5 min;the maximum demineralization depth can be achieved after 3 min penetration,but there was no significant effect on penetration depth after more time and there was no statistically significant difference.2. Penetration depth of the phosphate group was obviously less than hydrochloric acid group, penetration percentage was lower than that in group of hydrochloric acid,37% H3PO4 acid corrosion after 120 s penetration depth of penetration resin can reach the depth of tooth enamel demineralization of 60%, and 15% HCL acid corrosion penetration depth of the 60 s after penetrating resin can reach 70% of baby teeth enamel demineralization of depth, penetration resin for acid corrosion of 90 s and 120 s basic can penetrate completely, the differences between the two has no statistical significance.3.The penetration depth of penetration resin binder group were significantly less than group and a binder resin infiltration and combination group, the penetration depth of resin were slightly smaller than the binder resin infiltration and combination group, no statistically significant differences between the two groups. Adhesive penetration can reach the enamel caries demineralization depth of 20%, penetration of resin binder and resin infiltration group and combination group were able to achieve the maximum depth penetration.Conclusions 1.3 min penetration time can basiclly achieve maximum demineralization depth of early enamel caries.2.With 15% hydrochloric acid 90s-120s can remove the early enamel caries of deciduous teeth surface smear layer effectively, make the penetration of resin can reach the maximum penetration.3.The application of the adhesive has no effect on permeability resin permeability, will not reduce the penetration depth of penetration resin.
