Purpose:Through the TONGYUSHU for endometriosis EmAb Positive (Type of cold coagulation and blood stasis) in the treatment of infertility patients, observe its pregnancy rate, antibody turn rate and clinical symptoms improvementMethod:With the method of comparison before and after the treatment, will meet the criteria for the endometriosis EmAb positive 36 cases of infertility patients, to regulate the TONGYUSHU treatment,2 times a day, each dose is 100ml, Standard treatment of 3 menstrual cycles, birth control during the medication. The whole treatment process after the 3 menstrual cycles, its clinical symptoms improvement before and after treatment were observed.Results:1.After drug treatment of three menstrual cycles, antibody turn negative rate was 79.41%. Through a comparative analysis of statistics,x2=44.78,P< 0.01,antibody turn negative conditions before and after the treatment have significant difference,with statistical significance.2.After the medication, the conception rate was 64.71%. Through a comparative analysis of statistics,x2=32.52,P< 0.01,conception conditions before and after the treatment have significant difference,with statistical significance.3.Dysmenorrhea clinical efficacy of the effective rate was 91.30%,and total integral before and after treatment Through a comparative analysis of statistics,t=10.63,P<0.01,significant difference,with statistical significance.4.The research into the cases after treatment with the TONGYUSHU,TCM syndrome clinical efficacy of the total effective rate was 97.06%.And total integral and individual symptoms integral before and after treatment Through a comparative analysis of statistics,P<0.01,with statistical significance.Conclusion:1.TONGYUSHU can improve EmAb turn negative rate of endometriosis EmAb positive patients of infertility2.TONGYUSHU can improve the pregnancy rate of endometriosis EmAb positive patients of infertility.3.TONGYUSHU can significantly improve patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis type of endometriosis of TCM symptoms.
