| Objective:This clinical research apply Wenjing Huoxue Recipe(Puhuang 10 g Wulingzhi 10 g Sanling 10 g Qishu 10 g Angelica 10 g Chuanxiong 6g Chishao 10 g Yansuo 10 g Asarum 3g Cinnamon6 g Achyranthes 10 g Liquorice 6g)for treatment of cold Patients with coagulopathy type endometriosis,in order to reduce or even cure the degree of dysmenorrhea,improve other associated symptoms,shrink ovarian chocolate cysts,lower serum CA125 and receivce better treatment of other aspects.Methods:(1)A total of 68 patients with cold coagulopathy type endometriosis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.(2)The treatment group was treated with Wenjing Huoxue Recipe(produced by Jiangyin Tianjiang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,and was prepared by the Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from the decocting pharmacy.One dose per day,once in the morning and evening.)The control group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsule(produced by Jiangsu Kangyuan Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.).They started taking the drug one week before the menstrual cycle and continued taking the drug for 20 days in three consecutive menstrual cycles.(3)After each menstrual cycle,the severity of dysmenorrhea and the score of TCM syndrome were sorted out.After three menstrual cycles,the gynecological color Doppler ultrasound and serum CA125 were compared and analyzed.At the end of the treatment cycle,all clinical treatment data of the two groups of patients were collated,and the data were evaluated by SPSS 21.0,and the conclusions were finally obtained.Results:(1)Case: A total of 68 patients were collected in this study,34 patients in each group.One patient in the treatment group developed diarrhea during the medication and failed to take the medicine.Two patients in the control group did not follow the regular medication.According to the criteria of case shedding and rejection,there were 33 patients in the treatment group and 32 patients in the control group.(2)The difference of age,medical history,course of disease,degree of dysmenorrhea,TCM syndrome scores,serum CA125,gynecological color Doppler(sexual life adopts transvaginal color Doppler,asexual life adopts transabdominal color ultrasound)before treatment in two groups,compared with statistics Academic analysis(P>0.05),was not statistically significant.(3)After the three menstrual cycles,the patients in the treatment group were significantly different from the control group in the symptoms of TCM,TCM syndrome scores,dysmenorrhea severity,ovarian chocolate cysts and serum CA125,P<0.05.Comparison of TCM Syndrome Points: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.9%:the effective rate was 24.2%,the effective rate was 69.7%,and the inefficiency was 6.1%;the total effective rate of the control group was 81.3%,the marked efficiency was 9.4%,and the effective rate was 71.9.%,inefficient 18.8%.After statistical analysis,the effect of the treatment group on improving TCM syndrome was significantly better than that of the control group(P=0.041<0.05).Comparison of gynecological color ultrasound: The ovarian chocolate cysts of both groups were reduced after three courses of treatment.The mass of the treatment group was reduced from3.78±2.02 cm to 1.86±1.69 cm,and the size of the control group was reduced from 3.65±1.89.2.66±1.65 cm,The degree of mass reduction in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of VAS scores of dysmenorrhea severity: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 84.8%,the cure rate was 24.2%,the effective rate was 39.4%,the effective rate was 21.2%,the inefficiency was 15.2%;the total effective rate of the control group was 78.1%,and the cure ratewas 12.5.%,the efficiency is 25%,the efficiency is 40.6%,and the inefficiency is 21.9%.After statistical analysis,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group in relieving dysmenorrhea was significantly better than that of the control group(P=0.046<0.05).Comparison of serum CA125: After treatment,the treatment group and the control group had a role in reducing serum CA125.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Safety: Only one patient developed diarrhea during the treatment period,and the remaining patients had no obvious adverse drug reactions.Conclusion: Wenjing Huoxue Recipe can relieve the severity of dysmenorrhea,relieve the symptoms of TCM,reduce the size of ovarian chocolate cysts and reduce serum CA125 in patients with cold coagulation-type endometriosis.In short,the prescription can effectively alleviate a variety of discomfort symptoms,with significant curative effect,no obvious side effects,and is worthy of further experimental exploration in clinical treatment. |
