At present, the diagnostic gold standard for open surgery, laparoscopy a-nd biopsy in vivo pathological diagnosis, but this method, after all, trauma, the price is relatively expensive, is not conducive to clinical promotion. Treatment is highly re-commended for the treatment of invasive surgery and hormone therapy, which is a ma-jor problem for clinicians. Ancient Chinese medicine and there is no clear correspond-ing endometriosis of the disease, but on dysmenorrhea, irregular menstruation, infertili-ty, causa disease description of modern medicine and endometriosis match. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the main pathogenesis of blood stasis, but qi stagnation, cold pathogen, phlegm, Qi deficiency, kidney deficiency can be caused by blood stasis, so viscera function disorder and blood disorders also cause the disease causes. And in modern life, people’s life style and habits than before change, many women do not understand and pay attention in classics, belt, pregnancy and maternity protection. Some women addicted to drinking cold drinks cause cold pathogen invasion, in the menstrual period or postpartum blood chamber opened on the occasion of the rain, wading, Yinhan of evil makes it easier to cold evil swoop. Therefore, in the current clinical syndrome of cold coagulation and blood stasis is common. This study through the clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment curative effect of 30 cases of the type of cold coagulation and blood stasis endometriosis patients and investigate the role and advantages of congealing cold and blood stasis type of endometrium ectopia of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of, and for a better future for the guidance of clinical Chinese Medicine treatment of endometriosis has provided the basis of and provide better treatments for patients, pain relief and help to promote Chinese medicine application.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and TCM diagnostic criteria, select 30 patients between the ages of 18 and 48 with type of cold coagulation and blood stasis endometriosis patients, from TCM dialectical point of view of combining modern medical auxiliary examination way, be warm by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis to relieve pain for the principle in the treatment of GUI E Leng Wu Tang based weekly follow-up, syndrome differentiation and treatment of drug addition and subtraction treatment for three menstrual cycles. Observed and compared before and after treatment in the patients with dysmenorrhea, accompanying symptoms, serum CA125 levels and ultrasound visible ovarian chocolate cyst size changes, in order to observe GUI E Leng Wu Tang prescription in clinical efficacy.Results:The total effective rate of all patients was 86.67%, the cure rate was 3.33%, the effective rate was 30%, and the effective rate was 53.33%. Dysmenorrhea degree after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine with symptoms of the cure rate of 13.33%, significant rate of 33.33%, the effective rate of 36.67%. Serum CA125 content after treatment than before treatment decreased, with statistical significance. After the treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst, the effective rate was 14.30%, the effective rate was 57.14%.Conclusion:The treatment can obviously relieve dysmenorrhea caused by cold coagulation and blood stasis endometriosis and also for ease shape cold limbs, complexion is cadaverous, anus pain and other symptoms also has very good curative effect, no obvious toxic and side effects. Although the observation time and the patient’s will and other issues into the case of less, not set the western medicine control group, but there are still further research and promotion of the value.
