Clinical Research Of Acupuncture Cooperated With Lipitor To Treat Primary Hyperlipidemia

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis of diminished ovarian reserve.Methods:Sixty patients with diminished ovarian reserve (kidney and blood stasis) were randomly divided into an acupuncture group of 30 cases and 30 cases of western medicine. Western medicine group were using estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy. Acupuncture group:the main point:Guan Yuan, Sanyinjiao double, double sea of blood, double too River, Baihui. Points:and Liver Depression:double Taichong; and Spleen:three feet, two spleen Shu. Menstrual clean from acupuncture treatment, once a day, for 21 days, three menstrual cycles as a course. Western medicine group:from the 5th day of menstruation, oral progynova lmg/times, once daily oral, and even served 21 days, from the 15th day of menstruation, plus service dydrogesterone lOmg/times, twice a day oral administration of the two drugs at the same time withdrawal, and even served three menstrual cycles as a course. Before and after treatment according to patients before and after treatment, respectively, in the first three days of menstruation, fasting blood detection FSH, LH, E2, AMH levels of value to analyze the integral method for patients before and after treatment of TCM syndromes were determined and compared.Results:After treatment of serum FSH,AMH levels were significantly improved compared with before treatment, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Acupuncture group of thirty patients, shedding two cases, the total efficiency 89.29% and is close to the western group 85.71%, (P<0.05). Symptom scores between the two groups by comparison:the inherent clinical symptoms before and after treatment in each group were significantly lower points (P<0.05), between the two groups after the treatment by Chinese medicine symptom score compared prompted Acupuncture significantly improve clinical symptoms calculus close to the western group, with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:1、Acupuncture can significantly improve serum hormone levels, close to the western medicine alone group.2、Acupuncture is more significant in improving the clinical symptoms of patients effects than patients with simple western medicine. 3、Acupuncture is effective in treating kidney and blood stasis diminished ovarian reserve, the total efficiency is close to Western medicine group, the effect is close to western medicine alone.
