ObjectiveTo study the diagnostic value of Color Doppler Sonography for the diagnosis of peripheral arterial lesions in patients w ith aorto-arteritis.MethodsThe42patients of suspected takayasu arteritis were collected.PHILIPS IU22and PHILIPS IE33devices with transducer frequency3.0-5.0MHz and3.0-11.0MHz were applied.Analysis of its two-dimensional, color Doppler flow imaging and spectral information.ResultsColor Doppler ultrasound can be a good indication of structural changes in affected arteries, with or without secondary to thrombosis or merge aneurysms, can more accurately determine the degree of arterial stenosis, extent of disease, and can be well observed hemodynamic lesion histological changes.Color Doppler ultrasound can show the affected artery stenosis, extent of disease and whether there thrombotic occlusion. Two-dimensional ultrasound showed diffuse involvement of the wall, uniformity thickening, thickening concentric annular cross-section, with the normal segment segment involved a clear arcation. The study shows lesion thickness1.5~5.2mm, wall thickness control group<1.2mm, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Color Doppler showed a narrow segment filling defect, no significant segment occlusion of blood flow signals.Spectral Doppler probe narrow segment display and high-speed flow spectrum, slowing down the narrow distal blood flow velocity, low-speed low resistance flow visible spectrum, and spectral shape disorders. The extent of wall thickening greater than the inactive active.Thickening of the wall in the event of visible blood flow. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is a noninvasive imaging methods, with a simple, efficient, inexpensive and can be repeated checks, etc.,can guide clinical diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.Color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of Takayasu arteritis early lesions is very valuable, The judge arteritis lesion is active period, but also reflects its unique value.(?)Color Doppler ultrasound is the preferred diagnostic method for the clinical diagnosis of Takayasu’s.
