Objective:Takayasu arteritis(TA),is the involvement of the aorta and its mainbranches of chronic, progressive, multiple, nonspecific inflammation, leadto different parts of the artery stenosis, occlusion, expansion and evenaneurysm formation, characterized by ischemic or hemorrhagic symptoms, see more at young women, ranging in age from5to45years old, anaverage of22years old, about90%within30years old. This article aimsto through summarizing the clinical features of TA, analyzeits specificlaboratory indexes, vascular imaging findings, ect., to assist clinical earlydetection, correct diagnosisandproper treatment in time. Methods:Collected during January2004to January2004during the10years,in the first affiliated hospital of guangximedical university diagnosis ofTA and hospitalization of patients,a total of35cases, carried on a retrospective clinical analysis, diagnosis according with the"diagnosisand treatment of artery inflammation guide"(rheumatology branch ofChinese medical association,2011) of diagnosis and classicationstandards.Record patients’ basic situation, clinical manifestation, laboratory indexes, imaging findings, treatment and so on,using t test andchi-square test for statistical analysis. Results:Men in35patients (19cases),16cases of female, male and femalepatients with ratio of1.2:1,The highest incidence of a disease is16-40years old of young adults, accounting for71.4%;Dizziness, high bloodpressure, intermittent activity obstacle is starting one of the most commonsymptoms of TA,were accounted for20%, in the course of the diseasefound signs such as pulse weaken or disappear (47.4%), vascular murmur(37.1%), blood pressure asymmetry (34.3%) were the most commonsymptoms; There were80.0%patients with elevated ESR(92%activity,the inactivity50%,P<0.05);Digital Subtraction Angiography(DSA)、 Computed Tomography Angiography(CTA) or MagneticResonance Angiography(MRA) results show:arm artery type (51.4%)、Thoracic and abdominal aorta type (37.1%) more common, extensivetype (11.4%) and pulmonary artery type(2.9%) rare, most often affectedblood vessels of subclavian artery (28.6%) and internal carotid artery(25.7%);TA preferred glucocorticoid treatment, if necessary, should be used in combination with immunosuppressor, should be positivelycarried out at the time of the inactive endovascular carotid stenting orsurgical treatment. Conclusion:TA occurs mainly in the16-40years old of young adults, men andwomen proportion increased, especially after age40male patients of thedisease; Attaches great importance to the nonspecific symptoms early anddetailed physical examination;erythrocyte sedimentation rate and vascularimaging examination is helpful to early diagnosis, specific vascularlesions, disease staging and treatment choice;Preferred drug treatment ofglucocorticoid hormones, active line of intravascular interventionaltreatment restore blood vessels form, pay attention to the closeobservation and follow-up treatment.
