Objective:To observe the optimization of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of patients with multiple aorto arteritis and effect on the influence of various physical and chemical indexes and assessing the safety, and traditional alternatives, the treatment for multiple aorto arteritis provide reasonable optimization scheme. Methods:The September2009-December2011were in30patients (fall off after1case) in order to optimize the scheme for the observation group therapy, retrospective analysis since April2007-July2009of30patients treated with traditional treatment of patients treated as control group, the two groups of general curative effect, the clinical symptoms, signs, the colour to exceed the results and the blood vessels, ESR, CRP hemorrheology and observe the variation of the index. At the same time observed before and after treatment project general medical safety index changes, evaluation have adverse reactions. Results:The total effective rate was93.10%, the comparison group total effectiveness76.67%, ESR, CRP and index all has different rate reduce, before and after treatment symptoms, signs are improved, the statistics analysis, two groups of curative effect was significant difference.Conclusion:1. Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of TA optimization patients’ overall curative effect is distinct, sedimentation rate of red blood cells, CRP and so on a series of index improved, and are better than traditional scheme.2. Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment optimization scheme can significantly improve the TC, TG TA patients and LDL-C, but traditional scheme with no significant differences.3. Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment optimization no obvious adverse reaction, clinical application security.
