The Clinical Research Of Kang Mai Soft Capsule In Treatment Of Takayasu's Arteritis

Objective : To observe and appraise its clinical curative effect synthetically on Takayasu's arteritis treated by Kang Mai soft capsule.Methods: we selected 30 patients treated by Kang Mai soft capsule as therapeutic group and other 30 patients treated by Tongsaimai tablet as control group. All patients were separately checked up by Color Doppler ultraound before and after treatment. Then we recorded inwall thickness and lumen stenosis range of pathological arterial. The symptoms, physical sign,the result of vascular Color Doppler ultraound examination, ESR, CRP and ASO were detected before before and after treatment. Compare curative effect between therapeutic group and control group.Results:The therapeutic group total effective rate was 93.33%,while the control group total effective rate was 73.33% . ESR and CRP were all lowered in some degree. The symptoms and physical sign were also improved. With statistics analysis,the different between the two groups was significant.Conlusion: It is concluted that Kang Mai soft capsule play a positive role in the treatment of Takayasu's arteritis, and it is more effctive than Tongsaimai tablet.
