Comparison And Observation About The Immediate Effect Of ECG In CHD Patients With Electroacupuncting Shenmen Point And Shaohai Point

Objective: To observe the immediate effect of myocardial ischemia on the CHD patients with electroacupuncting shenmen and shaohai. Testify whether have special relativity between the two points and the heart. Method: Selected 30 CHD patients by the way of selfcontrol. Record the ECG in the timepoints: before inserting,5min after inserting,15min after inserting,30min after inserting and 60min after inserting. Pari observe the changes of heart rate, T and ST of ECG in inter-group and between-group. Result: Electroacupuncting shenmen and shaohai could ameliorate myocardial ischemia. There were significant difference comparing the data after and before inserting on heart rate and T of ECG.(P<0.05). There were no significant difference between shenmen group and shaohai group(P>0.05). There was significant difference comparing the data before and after electroacupuncting shenmen point on ST of ECG.(P<0.05). There was no significant difference comparing the data before and after electroacupuncting shaohai point on ST of ECG.(P>0.05). electroacupuncting both points were not better or worse than one point. (P<0.05). Conclusion: Both shenmen point and shaohai point have the function of ameliorating the myocardial ischemia on the CHD patients. The result of the study would standardizates the attending of points and provides objective fact to the doctors to choose the more effective point.
