Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of head point transcranial puncture in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, and provide a new idea and method for the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups by random number table, which were head point transcranial puncture group and head needle body routine acupuncture group, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups required standard medical care and body acupuncture. The treatment methods of head point transcranial puncture group were head acupuncture: Front top through Xuanli(bilateral),Quchai Benshen(bilateral),Baihui through qu Bin(bilateral),Shenting through Hanyan(bilateral),Yuzhen through Tianzhu(bilateral),Touwei through Xuanlu(bilateral),Body acupuncture(body acupuncture are taken affected side): Shuigou,Neiguan,Jiquan,Chize,Weizhong,Sanyinjiao. The conventional acupuncture group was treated with cephalic needle: parietal posterior oblique line(bilateral),parietal anterior oblique line(bilateral),parietal 2 line(bilateral),parietal 1 line(bilateral). The body acupuncture point selection group was the same as the head point transcranial puncture group. The patients in the two groups were treated with the head needle twisting technique, and the frequency was 200r/min.Each needle was twisted for 1 min,and the needle was kept for 8 hours, once a day.The body needle was kept for 40 min each time and treated twice a day.Continuous treatment for 2 weeks. The national Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,ADL score and MAGNETIC resonance diffusion imaging(MRI)ADC values of patients with acute cerebral infarction before and after treatment were evaluated and statistically analyzed, and the clinical efficacy of the patients were evaluated.Results:(1)Before and after treatment,NIHSS score,ADL score and ADC value of the two groups were compared within the group,P< 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(2)After treatment,NIHSS score,ADL score and ADC value were compared between the two groups(P< 0.05,the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the therapeutic effect of the head point transcranial acupuncture group on acute cerebral infarction was better than that of the conventional acupuncture group.Conclusions:1.Head point transcranial puncture therapy can reduce the degree of neurological impairment in patients with acute cerebral infarction, improve their ability of daily living, and change the dispersion degree of local water molecules in the lesions;2.Head point transcranial penetrating acupuncture is superior to conventional acupuncture in alleviating nerve function injury, improving the ability of daily life and improving the dispersion degree of local water molecules in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
