Observation:Observed cluster acupuncture around the anterior temporal line treating motor aphasia after stroke therapeutic effect. Methods:By using random digits table,60 patients met the inclusion criteria were divided into 30 cases of treatment group and 30 cases of control group. Control group include 18 males and 12 females, mean age is about 54.72±9.375 (years), mean course of the disease is 32.09±7.347 (days),25 cases with cerebral infarction and 5 cases with cerebral hemorrhage used the conventional acupuncture points treatment. Treatment group include 17 males and 13 females, mean age is about 55.26±8.015 (years), mean course of the disease is 31.32±6.899 (days),27 cases with cerebral infarction and 3 cases with cerebral hemorrhage used the acupuncture treatment around the anterior temporal line and glossopharyngeal acupuncture treatment. Two groups were using the acupuncture therapy with 1 time per day and left 40 minutes.1 week was a course and with 6 days acupuncture and then one day rest, after that continuing with second course, overall total is three courses. By using the score of ABC and CFCP, compare the result of before and after treatment, and judge the curative effects according to BDAE and ABC.Results:1. Before and after treatment, by using the comparison score of ABC, the two groups have significant differences (P<0.01); the treatment group has much better effects than the control group especially in oral expression and repetition (P< 0.01)2. Before and after treatment, by using the comparison scores of CFCP, two groups have significant differences (P<0.01), and treatment group has much better effects than the control group (P<0.05).3. After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group and control group is 86.59% and 79.90% respectively, there also significant differences exist (P<0.05); in order to treat severity of aphasia, it shows that the curative effects are better in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Cluster acupuncture around the anterior temporal line with glossopharyngeal acupuncture treatment can improve oral expression and repetition of the motor aphasia after stroke’s patients.2.Cluster acupuncture around the anterior temporal line with glossopharyngeal acupuncture treating motor aphasia after stroke has significant effect on improving daily communication ability.
