Clinical Study Of Tongue Acupuncture Combined With Language Rehabilitation Training In The Treatment Of Motor Aphasia After Stroke

Objective: To observe the curative effect of tongue acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training and simple language rehabilitation training in the treatment of post-stroke motor aphasia,and to explore the effectiveness and superiority of tongue acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training in the treatment of post-stroke motor aphasia,and to provide a scientific,comprehensive and effective program for the treatment of motor aphasia,but also to better inherit the academic thought of Professor Guan Zhengzhai,an old Chinese medicine professor.Methods:In accord with a standard motor aphasia after stroke patients a total of 72 cases,were randomly divided into latch needle group and the control group,all the 36 cases..Both groups were given the same basic treatment(routine medical treatment and basic acupuncture treatment).Tongue acupuncture group:tongue acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training;control group:language rehabilitation training only;The whole treatment include two courses of treatments and one course of treatment includes 6times acupuncture every week.To observe and compare the scores of the four language functions of the simplified Aphasia Battery of Chinese(ABC)scale,the classification of speech functions of the Boston Diagnostic Aphasia Examination(BDAE)scale and evaluation of efficacy before and after treatment.Finally,statistical analysis of the data was carried out,and compare clinical efficacy between two groups.Results:(1)Two groups of patients in the gender,age,and age distribution structure,course and course of the period of baseline data,such as the distribution form comparative differences were no statistical significance(P > 0.05),which was comparable.(2)The score results of retelling,talking,naming,understanding of simplified ABC scale:four words function score before treatment in both groups is no statistical significance(P >0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference of understanding score between the two groups,and the intra-group comparison was statistically significant;There were significant differences in the scores of retelling,talking,naming within group and between groups after treatment,which were statistically significant.(3)The score results of classification of language function about BDAE scale:before the treatment,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups;The speech function grade was improved after treatment in both groups;There were statistically significant intra-group and inter-group comparisons of speech function classification between the two groups after treatment,and the speech function of tongue acupuncture group was better than that of control group.(4)evaluation of therapeutic efficiency:The total effective rate of the control group was 67.65% and that of the tongue acupuncture group was 88.24%.The results showed that the effective rate of tongue acupuncture group was higher than that of control group.Conclusions:(1)Tongue acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation training and speech rehabilitation training alone can improve the speech function of patients with motor aphasia after stroke,and both have good effects.(2)The clinical effect of tongue acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation training in the treatment of motor aphasia after stroke is better than that of speech rehabilitation training alone,and the effect of improving the function of retelling,talking and naming is more significant.Meanwhile,it is safe and reliable,easy to operate,fast recovery of language function,and worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
