Objective:Study on the short-term efficacy and long-term effect of Xiaojianzhong Decoction on mesenteric lymphadenitis in child with spleen-stomach deficiency cold.Method:The clinical cases of this subject are from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine pediatric clinic,come to treatment randomly selected eligible infants syndrome type of TCM and Western diagnostic criteria of 62 patients.Take a random approach,the control group30 were given cefprozil hydrate,the treatment group 32give Xiaojianzhong decoction,treatment course 10 days.During the treatment,severe abdominal pain given Racanisodamine.To observe the changes of symptoms and signs in children before and after treatment.Using SPSS 19.0 for data analysis.Result:(1)Total compare the efficacy:the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93.8%and 73.3%,the treatment group is obviously better than that of the control group(p<0.05);(2)Total score of TCM Syndrome:Before treatment,the total score of treatment group was 10.34±3.41,and 2.09±2.59 after treatment(p<0.05),in the control group,the total score before treatment was 9.63±3.27,and 4.48±3.74 after treatment(p<0.05),the two groups had good results,but the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group;(3)Main symptoms and signs after treatment:Through the data analysis,the treatment group not only has obvious curative effect in relieving the main disease,but also secondary symptoms,p<0.05,the significant difference prompt that the treatment group was superior to the control group.(4)Abdominal Ultrasound Results:Compared with the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the lymph node size(p<0.01).(5)A drug during 3-10 days,compare the number of two groups of children with abdominal pain occur,p<0.05,the effect of the treatment group on abdominal pain control group was more obvious.(6)Recurrence rate of abdominal pain:The patients were followed up for 2 months.The treatment group was followed up for 24 patients,and the recurrence rate was 2.The control group was followed up for 18 patients,and the recurrence rate was 8.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),that is,the treatment group had obvious advantages in the recurrence rate.Conclusion:There is preferably curative effect that Xiaojianzhong Decoc tion in the treatment of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis with spleen-s tomach deficiency cold.Xiaojianzhong decoction can effectively reduce t he recurrence of mesenteric lymphadenitis in child.
